Comforting may feel awkward but do it anyway -_-

I watched helplessly as Scar ran weakly out the door, even from a distance I could see her knees shake and tears stain her cheeks.

"Was that Scar?" Alex asked. I nodded in response. I had trouble deciding whether I should be angry at whoever did that to her or worried and sad for my friend.

...I can feel sad later.

I could feel my brows furrow in curiosity. I immediately set off for the dorms with Alex following close behind. I opened the door a crack when I reached it and peeked through. Alex soon followed my actions and reached over me to see as well. I could feel the heat of his chest just over my head as he hovered over me and I shivered. I could feel a light blush creep up my cheeks and i scorned myself at my foolishness. I hope he doesn't fall!

After I shook off the strange feeling I searched the room for anyone who might've upset Scar. When I finally looked over to my corner of the room I spotted a small head of dusty blonde hair pinning a squirming Luke. His eyes were wide in...fear? Worry? Frustration? Whatever it was I could tell he wanted to get away. My eyes darkened in pure rage as I recognized the head of blonde hair to be Jude's.

Without another thought I swung the door open rather viciously and stomped straight to Luke's bed. Simultaneously, both Luke and Jude turned their heads in surprise. Jude froze in sudden fear. As soon as I was no more than a foot away I was able to shove her off of Luke. She landed with an inhuman squeal and a thud.

"Training starts in half an hour," I growled to Luke, "Find something to do before then." Luke nodded and scrambled off his bed with wide eyes. "Thank you!" he whispered before running out. I turned back at Alex hoping he'd leave too. Instead he simply plugged in some music and pulled out a book while he waited. I rolled my eyes as he made himself comfortable on his bed.

"That was extremely unnecessary," Jude whined as she rubbed her head. My fists clenched and suddenly I remembered Nick's words, "I know she bothers you," he said, "but don't go straight to violence, speak to her as if she were a child who needs scolding. Be calm but firm."

I took a deep breath and unclenched my fists. I took a glace in the mirror beside Luke's bed and was pleased to see I looked calm but obviously upset. I sent her a glare fit to kill, "Really Jude! Luke! You can't have everybody!" I shouted.

"Well I can try!" she shouted back. I grabbed the edge of the mattress and tilted it up quickly and Jude slid off again landing same as before. "You knew this would hurt Scar feelings! That's why you did it, isn't it!" I yelled.

"...Yes! She deserves it!" she stammered. I stood straight and crossed my arms. "Yeah sure. I bet you're just jealous. Maybe something happened at school?" I pushed. Jude turned the other way but I could see her reflection in the mirror, her eyes widened and she bit her lip. If I've learned anything about drama, it always has something to do with either school, your love life, or both.

"No. I didn't even know her in school. I had no idea she existed!" she screamed and turned to face me, her eyes full on anger and fear. Fear that I'd figure her out.

"I certainly knew you," I lowered my voice, "You were always adored by everyone. You had a thing for boys. You were always showing off for them to get their attention and if anyone got in your way you bullied them till they stopped. Including lots of my close friends. Then there was one girl, you could never get to. She had too many friends, knew too many people...and I bet it was Scar." Jude suddenly flinched and tightened her jaw.

I mentally smiled. Got ya. "You don't need all the boys' attention to feel good about yourself! I don't like going into "lecture mode" so I'm just going to warn you, stay away from me, Scar, Luke and Alex and learn to treat others better and maybe I'll keep quiet about this."
