sometimes I ask myself why I've fallen for you..
how is it possible to be in love with someone that isn't mine?
but then I replay our interactions over in my mind...the way you look at me when I say something snarky...the way you lean in to listen to something i've said. the answer becomes obvious. you're my special someone. you're dense and immature at times but you're also funny and caring and unique in your own way. that's why I fell in love with you.
you're not mine, but our memories don't lie.
