Torn; Chapter Thirty-One

I stood there for a few minutes while everything sunk into my brain. Niall had looked at me outside like he had because he wanted to date me. He wanted us to be a couple. Feelings ran around inside me while my brain tried to sort things out. The butterflies in my stomach made me want to dig a hole and bury myself in it. I looked at them, then Harry who was now right behind Niall. Niall's eyes searched mine as I stood there helplessly. I didn't know what to do. I looked at Harry who looked from me to Niall.  I tried to figure out my emotions before anything else happened, but that was not possible.

"Madison, will you be my girlfriend?" Niall asked. Harry backed up a little. giving us room to breathe. I bit my lip as I thought about what to do. Of course I liked Niall, but so many thoughts were stuck in my head that I couldn't think of any words.

Finally I got one word out that meant a lot to me. "Yes," I whispered. Tears brimmed his waterline. I figured they were happy tears and not sad ones. Niall embraced my in a hug that made me warm inside. One that I would never forget. A Horan Hug.

"So, you two are dating now?" Harry asked, mostly to himself trying to get it through his brain.

"Yes, Haz. Let's go tell the others," Niall said with excitement. I looked at him happily then at Harry, who looked confused. I let go of Niall and went to Harry's side.

"Harry, are you always confused?" I joked, giving him a friendly hug. Niall grabbed my hand as we all three walked into the hotel room, hand-in-hand.

"What did the fans do?" Louis asked as soon as we entered.

"Nothing to dramatic. Asking if I was dating Madison, screaming, fangirling, the usual," Niall explained.

"Don't get too cozy, Hazza," Liam joked, knocking Harry's hand out of mine. "She seemed to be Niall's."

"Wait, you saw that?" I asked, clearly confused.

"Yes, we all did," Zayn spoke up, looking away from his phone.

"WHAT?!" I yelled.

"Don't worry. I totally ship Miall. Or is it Nadison?" Harry said.

"It's Miall," Louis confirmed. I looked at them as if they were species from another planet. I finally chose to ignore them before I got myself into something that would take them two years to explain.
