Dear reader,
Has your heart ever physically hurt?
It feels like you're drowning. There's this heavy weight on your chest, and it feels as if your heart is refusing to beat, which only aids in the lack of oxygen entering your lungs.
Causing a headache to ensue due to lack of air. And the migraine in your mind is similar to the pressure in your chest. And soon the feelings mix together until you're holding your breath to keep from screaming out.
The pain in you chest spreads to your stomach. Your stomach straining to holding back to screams clawing at your closing throat.
Your throat is closing because you want to sob but you don't dare make a sound in fear of alarming any nearby Earth dwellers.

I've felt this feeling 3 times.

Once when my grandfather died.
Once when my best friend told me something I'd never forget.
Once when my boyfriend told me he was still in love with his ex.

And now one more time.

I've been reading a lot more recently.

Mostly love stories.

My first mistake, seeing how lonely I already am.

I read this scene, this part where the two lovers are speaking softly to one another.

And she asked, 'you noticed?'
