A Day to Remember (ON HOLD)

The Adventure

The brightness of the sun that was shining through my curtains woke me up. I rolled over to look at the time on my clock next to my bed. 7:56am. I led for a bit too tired to move. Kaitlyn hadn't come upstairs so i'm guessing she's still asleep. 

I finally managed to get enough energy and get out of bed. I walked downstairs quietly, trying not to wake Ruby who was still asleep. When i got downstairs i could hear the faint sound of talking. Confused, I walked into the front room to see Kaitlyn watching TV.

"Good morning sleepy head, ready for a big day?," she asked cheerfully, i never understood how she could just wake-up soo happy all the time.

"Good morning, yeah, let's get ready then we can have the whole i day," I replied heading for the bathroom.

The warm water felt amazing on my skin as i stood in the shower, I didn't want to get out. When i had finsihed, i brushed my teeth and went to my room to get changed.

I put on my spotty, navy blue and white, strapless high waisted bikini, and a light green dress over the top. I decided on just mascara and lipgloss for make up as it was soo hot outside and i didn't want it to come off in the heat. I let my hair fall naturally after i had dried it.

When i was satisfied with how i looked, i headed downstairs where the smell of coffee and bacon filled my nose. When i entered the kitchen, i saw Kaitlyn stood cooking breakfast. She always loved cooking at other peoples houses but hated it at her own.

"mmm, smells good!" I was soo hungry and couldn't wait too eat, i never really ate cooked breakfast , i usually just ate fruit so it was nice for a change.

"It will be ready in a minute so you might want to tell Ruby, she is awake i heard her get up earlier." Kaitlyn had gotten ready really quickly like she always does, she had on a white floral playsuit with a red and white striped bikini underneath, her hair was straight and put into a fishtail plait on the side of her head and she wore mascara and lipgloss. She look amazing."Okay, I'll go and get her now."

Me and Ruby both came down the stairs and we all sat down to eat our breakfast. It was weird having Ruby sit with us, she'd never do that, even when it was just me and her she'd always take her food to her room. I liked it, it was like having my old sister back.

By the time we left the house it was 10am. We had no idea where we were going, but we didn't care, that was all part of the fun.

"So where shall we head first?" I said as i put the roof down on the car so the sun was beating in.

"Why don't we go to the beach for an hour and then we will just drive and see what we can find?" The beach was our favourite place so i knew we would end up there at some point today.

So we drove to the beach which was litterally a 1 minute drive, we parked along the front of the sand and jumped out. We headed down to a nice spot and sat down. We were both reading books and enjoying the sun.

We had only been there for 20 minutes when the beach started filling up, with couples, families and  groups of friends wanting to relax. 

After 45 minutes of relaxation and constant laughing over the stupidest things with Kaitlyn, we decided that our little adventure should begin. We both stood up and put our clothes back on top of our bikinis and grabbed our things. We shoved them into our bags and turned around to head to the car but as i turned around i couldn't stop myself from walking into the person that was stood infront of me.

"Oww, shit sorry!" Before i could stop myself i was headbutting his chest. 

"Oh my god! Savannah, are you okay?" I looked up to see Luke looking down at me shocked at what had just happened.
