The sun light peeping through the window woke me up. I opened my eyes slowly, remembering where I was and realizing that I was still in Luke's arms. I tried not to wake him, so I just layed there with my head on his chest, unable to stop the grin that was spread across my face.
I layed still for about 10 minutes when I realised I needed to the toilet. I slowly moved away from Luke, trying my best not disturb him. I finally made it off the bed without waking him up when I realised I was still in Lukes very short shirt. I walked over to where I had put my dress last night. I figured it would be better to walk around in a dress than an overly short shirt.
I made my way to the bathroom, trying not to wake Caitlyn and Kyle as I stepped over them. when I had finished in the bathroom, I returned to Lukes bedroom with my dress on.
"Good morning," Luke whisered as I entered his room. I smiled at him as I tried to climb back over Caitlyn and Kyle. I sat down on his bed next to him, leaving his shirt on the chair, that was to the side. "You changed,"
"Yeah, I didn't think I should walk around in your shirt that hardly covered my butt," He laughed quietly, as he pulled me against him, wrapping his arms around my waist. He leaned down and gently kissed my lips.
We both carefully made our way downstairs, where we could hear the faint sound of laughter. As we entered the front room, Ruby, Elle, Sophie and Ariana were all awake. Surprisingly. "Good morning," I sang, "how are you feeling?" I asked Ruby and Elle, trying to hold back a giggle as my mind thought back to the state they were in last night.
"Surprisingly not that bad," Elle replied, Ruby nodding in agreement. I could tell they both felt worse than they were letting on but I decided to let it go.
After sitting in the front room, chatting for 45 minutes, Caitlyn and Kyle finally decided to get up. It was now 11am and we thought it would be best to leave so we could take showers and put on clean clothes.
Me and Caitlyn had arranged for Luke and Kyle to pick us up in an hour because they wanted to take us somewhere which was a surprise so they wouldn't let us know what was going to happen.
After a very quick drive from Luke's house, me and Caitlyn headed to my room to pick out our outfits. I decided on a pair of faded denim shorts and a navy and white striped oversized t-shirt. Caitlyn chose a cream and orange floral playsuit.
When we were finished getting ready, we headed downstairs. As we got to the bottom of the stairs I realised I had left my phone in my room. "I'll be back in a minute, I left my phone upstairs," I said to Caitlyn as I turned around and headed back up the stairs, not waiting to see if she replied. I picked up my phone off of my bed and realised I had a text from a number I didn't recognise. I opened it and read the words in front of me. My heart raced as I read the 6 words on the screen.
YOU SHOULD BE MINE, NOT HIS.
I stared in shock for a few minutes, repeating the words over and over in my head. Was this a joke? I didn't even realise how long i had been upstairs, trying to figure out who would play a joke on me like that, but it must have been a while because I heard Caitlyn shout up to me, "Savannah, what's taking you so long? Luke and Kyle are here,"
"I'm coming," I headed to the door of my room and decided not to delete the message, as I would try and figure out who it was later, but I also decided not to tell anyone.
"What took you so long?" I faked a smile at the 3 of them as I walked into the kitchen, not wanting to let them know that something was wrong. "I couldn't find my phone, sorry." They all smiled back obviously buying my lie. I didn't want to worry them, and it was probably just my sister or Elle trying to be funny.
Luke walked over to me, grabbing me by the waist and pulling me closer to him, gently kissing my lips. I couldn't help the smile that spread across my lips, making me forget about what just happened.
"You ready to go?" Luke asked, smiling at me.
"Yep!" I grabbed my key and followed him out to his car. He opened the door to the passenger seat for me and I climbed in. Kaitlyn and Kyle sat in the back as we headed away from my house.
I was in my own world, looking out of the window at the scenery as we drove along an unfamiliar road. I was deep in thought about where we're going, that I didn't realise I had been smiling to myself. I felt Luke grab my hand and intertwine our fingers in my lap. "What are you smiling at?"
"I'm just thinking about today, wondering where we're going that you can't tell me,"
"You'll find out soon enough just be patient," He pulled my hand towards him, gently kissing the back of my hand.
"Or you could just tell me?"
"Not gonna happen!" He said laughing a little. "We're not far now anyway." I looked around but didn't recognise the surroundings. I guess this was one of the bad things about being new to the area, I never know what was around.
I had all sorts of thoughts about where we could be going running through my mind. A beach, restaurant, a boat ride? Luke loved boats, I remembered mentioning it before and I could see the see ahead of us so it could be a possibilty.
I noticed that Kaitlyn and Kyle hadn't spoken to us for a while, I turned to face them and realised they were still in deep convesation. It seemed like they never ran out of things to say. I heard Kaitlyn saying her mom and dads names so I guessed she was talking about her family. It means alot to her that her family like her boyfriend and he likes them, she's pretty close to them. Even though they aten't officially together yet, they're not far off. I could tell just by the way Kyle looks at her that he really likes her, it's soo sweet.
The sound of Luke's voice snapped me out of my thoughts, "we're here!"
I felt the car stop. I looked around, and could barely contain my excitement when I realised where we were. I stepped out of the car, and looked towards Kaitlyn who was pratically jumping up and down with excitement.
Luke grabbed my hand before whispering in my ear making me shiver, "ready to have some fun?" I nodded eagerly and couldn't help the wide smile that spread across my face as we headed towards the entrance of the Themepark!
