A Day to Remember (ON HOLD)

Shopping Spree

I was awoke by Kaitlyn falling over the chair in my room.

"OWCH!" 

"Kaitlyn? What are you doing?"

"I just fell over your stupid chair!" I looked over to see Kaitlyn on the floor with her legs over her head. I couldn't help but laugh at her, it was hilarious.

"Are you okay?" I asked between laughter.

"Yes, but your shelves aren't," I hadn't even noticed that she had knocked down both of the shelves that were on the wall behind it. She was such a Klutz, she tried to be quiet when she went to the bathroom, but it failed terribly. I helped her clean everything up as quickly as we could because it was her last day and we still had alot to do. 

"So what should we do today then S?"

"What do you want to do today Kait?"

"hmm, I'm feeling a shopping spree! I need new clothes like now, I never have anything to wear!" Me and Kaitlyn used to go shopping to together every weekend, and we'd always end up spending so much money.

"That's because you buy something, then you decide you don't like it and never wear it!" 

"You know me too well Savannah!" Kaitlyn rolled hers eyes at me jokingly. We both knew it was true, we knew eachother so well, we could even tell what eachother were thinking most of the time.

After we had finished cleaning up the mess she had made, we both got changed ready for our day shopping. 

We skipped breakfast thinking it was just a waste of time, however we soon regretted it. The mall was only a 10 minute drive away but half way there, our stomachs started rumbling really loud.

"Oh my god I am starving! Shall we go and get something to eat first?" I asked Kaitlyn hoping she'd agree, I don't think I could wait any longer.

"Yessssssssss! Let's go to McDonalds, I really want some pancakes!"

"Okay!" We never ate McDonalds unless we were together, it never really appealed to either of us unless we wanted breakfast.

When we arrived at the mall i parked the car and we headed to the food court. I hadn't been there yet so it was a first for me as well as Kaitlyn. It was soo much bigger than the one that was in Malibu, which I didn't even think was possible. 

We finally found McDonalds and sat down to enjoy our breakfast. I had been having soo much fun with Kaitlyn, I hadn't even thought about Luke and what had happened yesterday. It felt soo surreal. That was until Kaitlyn decided to bring it up.

"So, what do you thinks going to happen with you and Luke now then?" She said giving me a cheeky wink.

"I don't know, I hardly know the guy, we will just have to wait and see!" 

"Promise me I will be the first to know if anything happens!"

"Yes, I promise!" Of course she would be the first to know, it's like i had anybody else to spill my secrets too. 

After half an hour of chatting, and stuffing our faces with the nicest breakfast i had in a while, we started making our way round the shops. It was surprisingly busy, considering it was still quite early in the morning, but that didn't bother us. 

The first shop we went in was Hollister. It was one of our favourite shops, we had spent soo much money in there over the years, it's ridiculous. I picked out 2 dresses and a bikini to try on, while Kaitlyn chose 2 pairs of shorts. We headed for the changing rooms which luckily had no queue. I ended up buying a white dress with a blue ribbon around the waist, while Kaitlyn bought a pair of denim shorts.
