That night at the hotel suite Syn sits next to Logan as Cliff goes over what he knows about the case"so, they've set a trial date sixty days from today" Cliff says looking through his paperwork "whatever will I wear?" Logan asks sarcastically "your good underwear!" Syn replies Logan chuckles Cliff looks at her in a "you're not helping!" kinda way "what do you mean Cliffy!?!.... I'm very helpful!" she says playfully Cliff rolls his eyes and says to Logan "the D.A.'s offering a one-time deal.... plea bargain" Logan replies "well, I'm not interested" Cliff says "you should be they're talking involuntary manslaughter that brings your maximum sentence down from eleven years to four with good behavior, if you could muster some.... you'd be out in half that" Logan asks sitting up and looking at Cliff "two years?" Cliff says "Logan" he sighs heavily and sits down on an ottoman in front of Logan then says "let me remind you, the prosecution has witnesses, the good kind.... eye-witnesses" Logan replies "Cholo low lives and a lying coke-head plastic surgeon" Cliff says "a prominent, well-respected, coke-head doctor and how many jurors you think we can find in Neptune who haven't been exposed to your winning charm in The Tinseltown Diaries? Syn says showing it off to him as they walk into school together he chuckles then says "he'd never look as good as you do in it though!.... I'm not so sure I want to see HIS belly!" she chuckles then asks "what is he making you do?!" he looks at her with a surprised expression on his face then lets out a short "I should have known you'd figure it out!" chuckle then replies "I HAVE to break up with Hannah" she looks at him sadly but says nothing which he was grateful for if SHE had apologized.... he doesn't know how he'd take it "if you need me....!" Logan chuckles then teases with a smile "you'll let ME kick YOUR ass at Hot Shots!" she smiles and replies "may-be!" he laughs then says "I know who to call" they give each other a hug then go their separate ways.... he had almost whispered "I love you" but he saw Hannah watching them and thought better of it.... after Logan actually broke up with Hannah Hannah searched for Syn she found her standing next to Eli in the lunch area "so that's what you two were talking about this morning when you "offered" to "be there" for him!?!" Hannah asks Eli looks over at her confused as Syn turns to face her and replies"you should ask your dad why it happened not try to find someone who has NOTHING to do with it to blame Barbie!"Hannah's mouth gapes open in surprise as Syn continues"I told you li'l girl!
