No one had noticed Wallace walk in and stop to listen to their conversation then walk out after walking out Wallace went to find his biological father and left Neptune with him.... a week later during the elections Llesynia went with Logan to the NEPTUNE GRAND HOTEL, PRESIDENTIAL SUITE where Gia/Duncan were having a party.... Syn looks up and over at the doorway when she hears a pair of boots walk in and sees Deputy Jerry Sacks stroll over to where she and Logan are now sitting seeing Sacks Logan moves Syn off his lap and gently places her next to him on the couch knowing full well that he was the one the Deputy was here for he sets down his drink and makes himself comfortable missing the warmth of Syn's body on his as Sacks says with his hands on his hip "Sheriff would like to have a word with you"  Logan replies "and I'd like to be the cream filling of an Olsen twin sandwich, but...."  Syn raises her eyebrow at him as though she was asking "oh really!?!" then she makes a face and jolts her body forward slightly as though she was gagging/retching all over the couch/floor Logan holds back a chuckle when he sees her expression "will you come with me, please?"  Sacks asks "if I'm under arrest, then do me the courtesy of making it all official-like"  Logan says with a fake smile and he sees the look of disappointed disapproval on Syn's face as well as sadness in her eyes and the smile disappears as Sacks shakes his head and takes his cuffs out of there clip/sheath on his belt Logan stands up and says "oh yeah"  he turns his back towards Sacks to make it easier on him to do his job "Logan Echolls"  Sacks says as he clips his cuffs on one of Logan's wrists looking at Syn as though asking for forgiveness with sadness in his eyes "that's more like it"  Logan says ".... you're under arrest for the murder of Felix Tombs"  Sack continues "whoo I am having the weirdest deja vu thing right now"  Logan says as Sacks clips the other cuff on Logan's other wrist and places his hand gently on Logan's shoulder "but Felix isn't dead!"  Syn whispers softly confused surprised tone as Sacks starts to lead him out Logan looks at her with sadness in his eyes using them to tell her that everything will be alright and he stops replying to everything with a sarcastic remark as Sacks reads him his rights as he walks him out of the hotel suite "you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to an attorney"  Logan turns his head and grins at Sacks as he continues "if you cannot find one, you'll be appointed one by the court"  though the real reason Logan turned his head was to look at Syn one more time and he sees her get up off the couch and start to follow them out with her mobile up against her ear....
