Leo's a little picky to what you call him when you two are doing the do. If its a nickname he hasn't approved of, chances are he wouldn't like it, especially if its something like "Daddy."

Raph's kinda into it, but only if its said in the moment and never anywhere else. Maybe tauntingly saying "Damn Daddy" when he's lifting/showing off his muscles, that'd get him to laugh and taunt you right back. But during sex he just wants to hear his name leaving your mouth, so "Daddy" wouldn't be a total thing with him.
