Leo

He's quick to act, being taught to take charge and think on his feet. He gently pulls you into his arms, being sure not to smother you or make you feel trapped while he whispers reassuring words and rubs your back. His heartbeat and steady voice keeps you grounded throughout the whole thing.

Despite taking the initiative, Leo's scared that what he might be doing would bring more harm than good, but seeing you visibly relax tells him that this is good enough. After you've calmed down enough he'd make you rinse your face with cold water, and you'd spend the rest of the night talking, either about whatever had upset you, or some other topic that would take your mind out of the unease.

Raph

Big guy isn't clueless about the whole thing, but he wouldn't know where to start. Seeing you curled up and hyperventilating just makes him feel just as anxious because he doesn't know what would calm you down and what wouldn't. He opts on sitting down with you and gently reaching out to take your hand, being extremely cautious and making sure you're comfortable.

It moves on from there, and soon he's got you curled up in his lap, arms around you, mumbling small words of comfort, before resting his lips against your temple. You two stay like that for a while, and whether you doze off in his arms or not, he still takes you to your bed and makes sure you're safe and rested.

Donnie

This turt has had some experience with panic attacks, and he knows how shitty and terrifying it can get. Though seeing you in that state gets his anxiety and his own bouts of fear to rise. He shoves it down for the sake of comforting you, and gets to work. He tells you to breathe, tells you that everything is okay, that you're not alone and that there's nothing to fear, etc. He has you take his hand while you struggle to compose yourself, his thumb rubbing soothing circles atop your hand as you keep yourself grounded. He wipes your tears, and has you breathe in tune with him.

When you're still a little shaky, he runs a hand through your hair calmly, and lets you rest against him. Despite managing to calm you down and reassure you, his anxiety and nervousness spiked multiple times throughout the whole moment, and he needs the breather just as bad as you do.

Mikey

Mikey once saw Donnie break down in a panic attack when they were younger, and though he helped him out of it, it felt very scary and very real. That's why I think he'd done a little research in order to make sure what to do when it happens again.

This boy is the most in tune with his emotions, compared to his brothers. He's got an amazing amount of empathy, especially towards people he loves. So when you're suddenly caving in on yourself, he's there to help you out of it. Lots of talking because carrying a conversation can help stable you; lots of hand holding and breathing techniques because it steadies your heart rate; lots of reassurances because there's nothing to be afraid of Y/N everything is okay and you're okay we're all okay. After you've settled down he puts on your fav movie and you both watch in silence, cuddled up on the couch, with him giving soothing kisses to your forehead and some soft back rubs.
