"i hate this."

"i didn't ask for your opinion, i just asked if you wanted buttered popcorn?"

jack looked at zach and gave him a glare, "i don't care."

zach smiled while putting a popcorn in his mouth, "butter it is."

they walked up to the bunch of different doors, leading to all different movies. jack gave the 'it' movie a side-eye, before walking in the doors leading to that movie.

zach hated scary movies and he had no clue how jack had got him to say yes to watching 'it.' it was bizarre what he could do to him.

they grabbed 3-d glasses and headed to find a seat.

jack looked to the very back and smirked, while nudging zach, "up there?"

zach blushed and shoved jack, "fine."

they got to their seats and made themselves comfortable. they were in the very back, in the corner. it wasn't really a good view, but literally every other seat was taken.

"so... are you going to the school dance tomorrow?" jack slid in casually.

zach looked at jack, "we're literally forced to go. at least i have someone to go with." he ended with a smirk. jack smiled, "true. they're all going to be so jealous of us."

"you best bet they will be."

as the movie started, zach leaned over and grabbed jack's hand. maybe the movie wouldn't be that bad with zach by his side.
