Emily
----------"Em. Hurry up we were supposed to leave for my house half an hour ago." Grayson said as I roamed around my room, putting my last few things into a duffle bag.
"Calm down Grayson. I'm done." I zipped up the bag and slung the strap over my shoulder.
"Okay come on." He held his hand out for me to grab onto, which I did, then we both walked out of my dorm room, locking the door right before leaving.
"I'm so excited to see your parents, I wish things wouldn't have fallen through when I tried to see them last time."
"Well good thing you get to see them today." He smiled at me as the two of us walked to his car, his keys clicking and then the car doors unlocked. "Let me take your bag." Grayson said as he opened the back door, tossing his bag onto the tan leather seats, then reaching his hand out to grab my bag as I pulled it off my shoulder.
He put my back on the seat as well, then closed the door and smiled at me again. "What?" I giggled and he just gently shook his head no, then pulled me in for a hug, his arms wrapping around my neck, mine wrapping around his waist.
"Nothing I'm just really excited for this weekend." I looked up at him smiling at me, then soon felt a blush appear on my cheeks, his smile growing once he noticed. "And you're just really fucking cute." He whispered, making my heart flip.
"Okay let's go." I said smiling wide at him.

Grayson pulled into the large driveway at his house, all of the memories from his house and Malia's across the street flooding my brain. "Hey are you okay?" He asked as he turned off his car, sitting still and staring at me.
"I haven't been here since we moved. Almost nine months." He grabbed my hand, kissing the skin on the back of it, then looking back at me.
"It's gonna be okay. I promise." I felt my beating heart slow down pace, feeling comforted by Grayson.
I nodded and then unbuckled my seat belt, opening the door and getting out of it. Grayson smiled and got out too, grabbing our bags from the seat behind his. "Ready?" He asked as he met me in front of the car, his hand sticking out straight for me to grab onto.
The two of us walked to the front door and went inside, leaving the duffel bags on a chair in the living room, then trying to find where the two voices of his parents came from. "Grayson? Is that you?" His mom came around the corner and her eyes lit up when she saw us. "Oh my god Grayson! You didn't tell us Emily was coming over! Honey we missed you!" She came over and hugged me immediately, ignoring Grayson, as his dad came out and hugged him.
"I missed you guys too. It's been too long." I hugged her even tighter, missing being around her and being back home again.
"Come on come sit. How have you been honey?" Lisa pulled me into the living room, the furniture all in new spots, making the room look bigger.
"I'll be honest, when I moved, it was really bad. I became really depressed, and basically wouldn't leave my house except to go to school and wouldn't talk to anyone except my mom really. And then I graduated and Malia came and visited and it kind of opened my eyes. I realized that what happened to me wasn't my fault, and that there's no reason to hold onto it and to move on and not hold grudges."
