ch 2. The dinner party

Later that evening after all the guest came and food went on the table, everyone was gathered together before they started to eat.

"We have big news!" Rin said excitedly.

"And that is...?" Minato asked giving his full attention.

"Come on tell us!! We're wonderin here!" Kushina says loudly. Everyone giggled.

"Me and Obito are expecting a--" Rin said as she got interrupted by kushina.

"A BABY!" Kushina yelled. Rin and Obito nods. Everyone starts to talk and clap.

"What gender?" Kakashi asked polietly.

"We don't know yet, tomorrow is the big reveal, but we're hoping for a baby girl!" Rin exclaimed. Everyone looked around and took a bet.

"Now let's eat up!" Obito said as he places the food on his plate. Everyone got their food and started to eat. When everyone was done, they went into the living room and play games and hang out.

This was the best night Obito had in his life where he could be filled with love and joy with everyone around him and finally going to have a family. Once their little bundle of joy comes, Obito might spoil him around.

He might be the only child their able to have, but that did not stop them from living their dreams. Once the party was over and everyone left, Obito and Rin sat on the couch.

"What gender do you think it's going to be?" Obito's asked.

"I believe it's going to be a girl..." Rin said resting her head on Obito's arm.

"What if it's not?" Obito asked.

"Well, it will still be our bundle of joy." Rin said as she let out a sigh. They couldn't help but think of it's gender. Both Rin and Obito fell asleep gently to sleep on the couch.

In the middle of the night, Obito was up and carries Rin to bed and gets back in the bed to fall back asleep.
