ch. 13 the fight

~MINATO'S CHAPTER~

"If you join me I'll stop." Pein said coming down to him slowly.

"No. Even if you take my life away." Obito said grabbing the nearest sharp thing and threw it to him. Pein slightly dodges and walks towards him with force.

"Then have it your way." Pein said holding his hand out to him, making some metal rods come at obito.

Just right as the metal rod was about to hit him, a Kunai stops it. Obito looked at the person who threw it. Minato smiled and nodded.

Obito smiled and ran to safety. Minato looked at Pein with anger in his eyes. Minato flashed behind Pein and attempted to hit him. Pein grabbed his hand and threw him to the ground.

Minato jumped back and figure out a strategy to beat this guy. He threw a Kunai and when he dodged the kunai, Minato flashed behind him, grabbed it and stabbed Pein in the shoulders.

Pein's body ached. Pein sent out 10 metal rods towards him at every angle. Minato looked around and just simply smirked. He jumped dodging the rest of the rods only getting hit in the leg with one.

Minato grabbed the rod and bent down to his knees.  Minato watched him as he does a few hand signs fastly making it harder for Minato to recognize the jutsu.

All the sudden, Minato got stuck in his gravity. Pein held his hand out, making Minato come to him. Minato struggled out of the gravity almost giving up.

"Do you really think you can beat me?" Pein smirked holding him in a chokehold.

"You...may...never...know...you...will..never...get...too...far..." Minato managed to say with breaths in between each word.

"What was that?" Pein asked raising an eyebrow.

"I..said.. to... Leave... The... Village... By... The... Order... Of... The... Hokage." Minato stumbled across his words.

*Flashback*

"Be whoever you want to be, Minato. You'll be back before you know it." Kushina said placing her hands on his cheek.

"Kushina? Naruto may never ever see me barely at day." Minato said sitting down at the table.

"He'll have me." Kushina simply said.

"But I'm going to be a Father, don't I need to be there for him?" Minato asked.

"You'll figure it out." Kushina said kissing his lips.

"Your right." Minato pulled back and holding her in a hug.

"Im always going to be here, no matter when I'm at, when we are dead, I'll be right next to you standing. Because YOU, my love, is the only one I'll stand by when I die." Kushina whispered in his ear.

"Forever and ever, my love. Forever and Ever." Minato repeated holding her even tighter.

*End of flashback*

"Forever and forever, my love." Minato whispered under her breath.
