ch. 4 The birth of Kou

April 14th, 10 pm.

Rin wakes up with serious pain from her stomach, her contractions are more serious in pain than before.

"I-I must be in labor!" Rin thought to herself and quickly wakes Obito up.

"Hm?" Obito moaned.

"W-We need to go to the hospital..." Rin managed to let out her mouth.

"This late?" Obito groaned as he rubbed his eyes and stretched.

"The baby.." Rin said as the pain started again. She held her stomach for what it seems like forever. Obito quickly gets dressed and gets her and his shoes on. Obito grabbed Rins hand and helped her up. Once she was up, Obito grabbed her and carried her to the emergency room. Once they arrived, they went in.

"Hello how may we help you this evening?" The front desk said.

"My wife, she's pregnant and I think she is ready to give birth.." Obito said as he catches his breath. The woman looks at her and then Obito as she sent a alarm for emergency labor. In the next minute, nurses and doctors came rushing in. They took Rin, and placed her in a hospital bed. Obito follows and stays with her.

"We only have a few minutes before the baby is truely ready to come about." The doctor said. Rin nodded as they injected pain reliever in her systems.

"For now, we will leave you and your husband to talk." The doctor said as Rin nodded again.

"Thank you sir." Rin said laying her head down. The doctor nodded and walked out.

"It's coming! I can't believe it, our little baby boy is coming!" Obito said.

"I figured out a name for our baby boy..." Rin said rubbing her stomach softly.

"What is our baby boy name gonna be?" Obito asked.

"Kou. Kou Uchiha." Rin said smiling. Obito comes over to her and leans to the baby and kisses it.

"Our little baby Kou. We are ready for you baby Kou." Obito whispers. Rin giggled as she kissed Obito's cheek.

"Only in a few hours, he will be here on Earth with us." Rin said stroking Obito's hair.

"Ya think we'll do okay, parenting him?" Obito asked nervously.

"Don't think such nonsense.. we will get it.. it's our parenting way." Rin said. An hour later the doctor came back and took Rin to the delivery room, and of course Obito followed.

Once they were in the delivery room, The doctors put her on a lot of numbing medicines and injections. She was connected to a monitor that tells if she ready or not. The doctors brought in a baby crib for when the baby was out.

11:23 pm.

"ahh!" Rin screams in pain.

"Rin, what happened?" Obito asked get anxious.

"I think my water broke!" Rin screamed. "Get the doctors now!"

Obito yells for doctors and nurses to come around. When he sat next to her holding her hand, a lot of nurses and doctors came in and checked the monitor. They couldn't believe their eyes, Rin was ready..

"Don't start pushing yet, ok hunny?" The nurse said as she quickly grabs the materials she needed. Rin nodded and held it in.

"ITS COMING!" Rin screamed. The doctors placed her legs up and they began the process of baby birth.

"On a count of 3 we need you to push." The doctors said.

"A-Alright..." Rin whispers under her breath. Obito tightly grabs her hand and kisses her forehead.

"1...2...3... Push!" The nurse said as she began to push.

"Your doing it, Rin.. keep it Mommy." Obito whispers as he kisses her forehead again.

"2 more, 1..2..3.. push!" The nurse said again. "The head is out! Come on 1 more you can do it! 1...2..3.. push!"

Rin gave her last breath to push Kou out. Then all the sudden, Rin heard crying. The doctors took Little Kou and placed him in the baby crib for tests and clean up.

"Good job! You did it!" The nurse said shaking her hand. Rin was crying as she was given her baby.

She held the baby boy in her hands and kissed his forehead.

"Hello baby Kou... Mommy loves you.. and papa too.." Rin said. As she was feeding him, the baby was sound asleep.

"May I hold my son?" Obito asked as Rin nodded and gave the baby to him. Obito looked at him and kissed his forehead. "Welcome home, son.."
