The King of Bones wandered through the halls of his citadel. Once, the place was a great fortress, hidden from advancing armies deep underground. But now, it only acted as a grim monument of darker days. He felt the forged bone beneath his feet, using skilled blacksmiths and twisted magic, the bones of his enemies were used to forge his undying fortress. Like the walls that surrounded him, his armor was also forged from the bones of his enemies. But not just any enemy, he wore the bones of generals and kings who fell before his might and shaped them to make his appearance that of a hulking skeletal warrior. The King of Bones's mind was trapped in a haze. He could only remember being the overlord of this wretched place.

He felt his legs waver, and he caught himself on a bone-encrusted wall. It must have been a very long time since he moved. What happened? All he could remember was waking up and having to remove a sword from his chest, a sword he now kept at his side. As he wandered the halls, strange visions flowed through his mind. Visions of the past, of who he used to be. A tyrant. A ruthless king who would not stop until the entire underworld was nothing but ash and bone. The King of Bones grinned, then he found himself at a large door; it looked like the entrance to a grand hall. When he pushed the door open, stale air rushed past him. The air was thick and putrid, and a long table with twelve chairs alongside it lay before him. On those chairs were the ancient corpses of his generals. At the far end of the table was the thirteenth chair. You could almost say it was a throne by its grandness alone. It was his chair. Suddenly his mind went numb, and he staggered to the floor, and that's when he remembered why he vied to shape Inferos to his liking. A burst of energy resonated inside of him, like a switch to a hidden power was flipped. The King of Bones made his way to his chair and sat; it felt familiar—powerful.

It was time to get back to work.

Lady Ava sat idly in her throne, plotting a massive war wasn't as busy as she thought it would be. Her generals were quite adept at strategic planning. The King of Bones has been resurrected thanks to Gabriel and Elijah, who were now enjoying their reward. No doubt The King of Bones was already rebuilding his army. All that's left was to gain the interest of the Raven Lord, who was very difficult to find on the dark side of Inferos. Every team sent to find him has never returned. No matter if the Raven Lord remained undiscovered, the daughter of the King of Gourds is gaining support. There will be a war. Lady Ava was created for a purpose, to take back what was rightfully theirs. And full-scale war was the only way to do it.
