[The Next Day]

Jennie smiles as she looks lovingly at her younger sister, Rosé, rehearse for her ballet recital secretly. She's been standing by the doorway of their dance hall for a few minutes already without having Rosé notice her presence. She knew how determined Rosé was in terms of her practice and how badly she wanted every performance of hers perfect so she did not dare to pull a prank on her like she usually does when they're together as to give her all the time she needed to make her dance 'perfect'.

"Oh shoot!" Jennie shouted as she saw how Rosé failed to execute the step and fell hard on her butt. Rosé turns her head to see Jennie making her way and asking her if she was injured or hurt badly from the hall.

"I'm okay, unnie." Rosé smiles at her sister who assisted her up. "Just made a wrong turn. That's all." She continued as she 'tsked'. Disappointment evident on her face.

"Yah!" Jennie shouted as she pinched Rosé's rosy cheeks hard making the younger Kim shriek aloud. "You're doing so well! Don't be too hard on yourself." Jennie continues as she messes with Rosé's hair.

Rosé giggles as she removes the tight grip her older sister had on her before fixing up her hair in a messy bun. "I still have a long way to go. It's nowhere near perfection." She says before walking away to get a bottle of water. Jennie approaches her with a pout on her face making Rosé laugh at her older sister before chugging down water.

"But it already is perfect. You're such a great dancer! Why are you pushing yourself too hard?" Jennie asks as Rosé sadly smiles back at her.

"Because -" Rosé responds before shaking her head slightly "Ballet is the only thing I can do that you three can't." She continues while sadly smiling at her sister.

Jennie makes a frown as Rosé's words struck her. Has her younger sister always felt this way? Did Rosé felt inferior to them? The way Jennie was to Jisoo? Why didn't she noticed how hard her sister aimed for perfection in every ballet recital she had?

"Rosé ~" Jennie attempts to comfort her younger sister, which she isn't good at as she's the least expressive among them.

"But don't feel bad. I know there is no competition among us siblings but I just feel left out you know. Jisoo-unnie plays the violin so well. While you play the piano excellently and don't get me started with Lisa. She plays the cello so damn well, it makes me envious that I have no musical instrument I can play." Rosé explains as she vents out her emotions all at once.

"But Rosé there are still so many things you are good at! Like how good your voice is or how you play sports or how you paint or -" Jennie reasons out but was cut off by Rosé who giggled cutely at Jennie's reddening face, a habit she does when she's mad or making a point.

"Unnie. Please don't take my word so seriously. I'm okay, okay?" Rosé said as she places a hand on Jennie's left shoulder. "I am aware of my talents. It's just that I am still lacking in so many aspects compared to you guys."

"But Rosé! You're still a growing teen! You -" Jennie tries to make a point but Rosé just shakes her head slightly making Jennie stop in her tracks.

"Like what you said unnie. I'm still a growing teen. But that's no excuse for not trying to fill in the aspects I lack in." Rosé smiles as she tucks a hair strand behind her ear. "Anyways. I have to go now and prepare for my date." She winks as she picks up her duffel bag from the floor.

"Eh? Date?! With who Rosé bear!? Don't tell me - " Jennie exclaims that left Rosé giggling as she walks away towards the door.

As soon as she reaches the door, she faces Jennie to give a wink before affirming her question. "Yes unnie. I'm off for a date with 'the' Park Jimin."

"Omo! Have fun little sis! I hope your first date turns out well! I love you!" Jennie says as she chases Rosé out who was giggling as she ran away upstairs to prepare for her date.

"Damn Park Jimin. You better take good care of my little sister or else I'm going to chop off your little junior." Jennie says to herself as she leans on the door frame shaking her head while smiling.
