Paxton POV As I start my truck up rose takes the aux cord and puts on you are the reason by Calum Scott. I got to put my truck in drive and I see her look at my wrist and then I notice that my jacket must have rose up. I quickly pull down my jacket sleeve and head to our high school. I pull into the student parking lot to see that someone has parked in my normal spot so I park beside the front entrance instead. I put my truck in park and jump out running to the passenger side to open Rose's door. "My lady" I say taking her hand in my helping her out. "Thank you" she says grabbing her backpack and running off to class. I head to welding class to be shoved into the lockers by the one and only Ace Hills. "What do you want Ace" I said keeping my head down. "Lunch money cough it up" he said jutting his hand out towards me. "No" I said trying to get away from him. He pulls his fist back and before I know it Ace's fist makes contact with my left cheek. "I am done with you Ace you always put me down" I say pushing him. " I hate the way you treat girls at this school and I hate how you treat me and anyone else for that matter" I say pushing him to the floor then getting onto of him and I just land one punch and another and another before I get pulled off of him. "You stupid bastard you will regret that"Ace said walking off to the nurses office. "Hey. Hey look at me" rose says turning my face to her. Wait why is she here she should be in class. "Why are you here Rose you are going to get written up for being late". She looks into my ocean eyes as I stare into Rose's piercing blue eyes. "I-I" she studders while blushing fiercely. Aww she's blushing. "Um come on I will walk you to class" I say getting ready to walk her to class but Rose stops Me before I can walk. "I think I should walk you to class since you have just gotten into a fight" she says slightly laughing. Man I wish I was like her. She's always happy. The late bell rings. "Shit"I mutter. "Come on" I say heading to my truck deciding to skip."Paxton no. We can't skip if my parents find out I'm dead" Rose says standing at the front doors. "Who's gonna tell em" I say unlocking my truck. Normally I wouldn't skip. And I most definitely would not have gotten in a fight with Ace Hills he's been my bully since ninth grade. "Okay Fuck It" Rose says jogging to the passenger side. I wait for her to get in before shutting her door and jogging to mine. "Where do you want to go Rose". She thinks for a while before saying "Well since we are making bad decisions. Why don't we go get a tattoo?" Rose says lookin up at me with out another word I drive to the closest tattoo parlor. "What are you getting" Rose asks you will see" I say walking to the tattoo guy. And I slightly whisper to him what I want.

"What are you goin to get" I ask rose as I sit down in the chair. She looks like she is thinking before pulling out her phone. I don't think I will tell Rose about the meaning of my tattoo. But to me it's a permanent mark on my body just like what she has done to my heart she has been with me for so long. After a while rose walks up to the guy showing him the picture.
