Chapter three-Presents!

As me and aunt Alice both skipped down the stairs giggling to each other, uncle Emmett launched towards me picking me up and ran to the sofa and put me down there as we both laughed. I looked around and noticed there was decorations with a white, black and purple theme. They were so elegant, I loved them!

‘Time for presents!’ Momma told me as she picked up a rectangular box with a delicate ribbon on. As she passed me the box I opened it, and inside I saw a fine silver necklace with a heart at the bottom. It had an engraving on it which said ‘You’ll always be our little girl no matter what, love momma and dad.’ I loved this so much! I passed it to dad to allow him to put it on for me.

‘Happy birthday Nessie!’ Daddy whispered to me as he was putting my necklace on for me. I smiled and said I loved him. All of a sudden I was being handed gifts in all directions. Aunt Rose and uncle Emmett got me a digital camera and a photo album for me to capture all of my memories (not that I really needed one) but it was perfect, it was like what grandpa Charlie gave momma for the birthday and her last year of school. Uncle Jaspers gift to me was a pair of GHD’s as my hair was so curly it was often ideal when there was a special occasion to do something different with my appearance. Grandpa Carlisle and grandma Esme’s gift was so special. They got me a new car, a Porsche! I wondered how I was going to drive it without my licence but then they passed it to me! I was so baffled on how they could have got me this but I thought it was best not to question. Soon after the excitement was calmer, I was sitting by Jake and he asked me to go and see his present, and then it occurred to me, this will be the moment I tell Jake how I really feel about him to! I got up and walked with him for a while.
