As I opened my eyes I could feel the heat coming off Jakes body. It was so lovely to wake up next to him. It felt natural.

‘Good Morning Beautiful’ Jake whispered to me. I didn’t really have a reply to that, well other than to giggle. I heard aunt Rose knock my door, It had just occurred to me that today we were going to Hawaii as I special surprise birthday present off the entire family. As me and Jake jumped out of bed and got changed, we grabbed our suitcases and headed downstairs hand in hand. Everyone was ready, as we all set off into our cars, me and Jake in the Porsche, momma and dad in the Volvo, aunt Alice and uncle Jasper in their yellow Porsche Alice ‘bought’ from Italy, when dad was about to reveal

himself as a vampire. Aunt Rose and uncle Emmett went in the BMW and finally grandma and Grandpa went in Audi. We all arrived in the airport around the same time. Luckily we didn’t have to go through check in, baggage drop off or security because, we have a private plane. It was so elegant. The flight was very relaxing and was quiet quick, but that was probably because I was talking to aunt Alice about out Hawaiian shopping trip, Momma about my deep feelings for Jake and just having a joke with uncle Emmett. As we went down the steps off the plane our cars were there ready and waiting. We got in them and drove to our hotel, it was so beautiful! And me and Jake were allowed our own room to go to and chat (but not to sleep as daddy was stubborn).

‘come on Ness’ pool time’ aunt Rose yelled from the end of the hallway! Luckily there was an indoor private pool just for us. At least that way there would be no chance of everyone exposing themselves as vampires!

‘Okay! Be down in two seconds!’ I grabbed my towel, sarong and Jake and followed everyone down to the pool. As soon as I sat down uncle Emmett and Jake ran up behind me, picking me up and throwing me into the pool. We all laughed at them but aunt Alice wasn’t impressed because it splashed on her mascara (which was supposed to be waterproof) causing her to take it off to come in the water. After we all had a laugh and a splash around in the pool we all went off and done our own thing!

‘Nessie, come take a walk with me?’ Jake asked me sweetly and then kissed me.

‘yeah, okay! Let me go get changed first though?’

‘okay, don’t be long!’

I ran back up to our suite and grabbed a pair of denim shorts, a pink floral blouse and flip flops. I just wanted to be cool and comfortable considering the heat outside, I just hope Jake didn’t mind.

‘Jake?’ I called from in my room.

‘yeah, down here!’ he yelled back.

As I ran downstairs, I grabbed my bag and purse and walked over to Jake.

‘Ready?’

‘Always’ I replied.
