Adia soberly walked back to the big house. Her head was hanging low and her eyes burned from crying so much. She was tired. So very tired but she didn't want to sleep. She opened the double doors to go into the house. The doors flew open letting a gush of wind into the house. Adia stood in the door way and sighed. She looked around the house that she used to call home. How could she call it home anymore if she had no one to share it with. She looked around moving her head slowly. The curtains were still lying open. There was glasses on the main table and plates from their breakfast that day. Adia walked into the living room and there the board game still lied that she had been playing a few days before with Alden and Andrew. There wasn't a sound in the house. All Adia could hear was the sound of herself breathing. It was the most quietest the house had ever been. Adia didn't cry. She wanted to cry and she felt as though she were crying. Although no tears flowed. It was almost like she had cried all of her tears and there was none left for her to cry.

She walked back into the living room and slowly walked up the stairs. She placed her finger tips gently running them up the banister as she walked up the stairs. She walked along the haul then stopped. She turned to face Alden's bedroom door. It was shut. She walked closer to it and opened the door. Alden's room was just as he had left it. His bed was in its usual unmade state. There was a row of shoes at the bottom of his bed on the floor. His football sat at next to his cupboard that had a door lying open on the opposite side of the room. At his desk. It was a mess. There was pieces of paper, some crumpled up and on the floor. His pencils were the only neat part of his desk. They sat in a cup all sharpened. Adia walked over to Alden's desk. She was careful not to disturb anything in the room. Aida felt a urge to open his drawer that came out of no where. She slowly opened it. To Adia's surprise it was almost completely empty apart from a blue sharpener and a photo frame that lay facing upside down. "What's that?" Aida said as if she was talking to someone. She slowly reached for the photo frame and turned it round. Adia was so shocked she almost fell when she saw the picture. She walked back and fell onto Alden's bed. She sat starting at the picture for about ten minuets. "Why didn't he say?" Adia thought to herself. Alden had always seemed to happy and brave like nothing was wrong but he had a picture in the room of all of them. Little six year old Alden stood with his hands in his pockets with a bright smile on his face. Armando stood behind him holding a bundle of cream blankets. You could just see the top of a baby's head peaking out the top. It was baby Adia. Adia looked at her fathers face in the picture and he was smiling. Adia didn't think she had ever seen her dad smile in her life. Next to Armando stood Adia's mum. She had her arms round Armando's shoulders and she looked as though she was laughing. Her blue eyes shone like the bluest of oceans on the sunny day. Her long platinum blonde hair blue in the wind. They all looked so happy. Aida smiled. She wasn't exactly happy but she wasn't sad either. She placed the picture back into Alden's drawer and walked out of his room closing the door behind her slowly.

Adia went to her dads bed room. She had never really went into or near his room but she felt a need to. She opened the door. The first thing she saw was a large bed in the middle of the room with four pillars on each corner reaching up to the ceiling. At the window was a small cream couch with a cream blanket hanging of the edge. It was the same cream blanket that Adia was rapped in as a baby in the picture she found in Alden's drawer. She walked ever to her dads drawers and saw a box. The top of the box had a note on it that read.

"I'm sorry this had to happen. I've been keeping this for you for years and I was waiting on the right time. There never really is a good time to give you it. There is a letter inside maybe it will help you. I don't know what it says.. from dad"

Adia took the box and went to her room. She sat on the edge of her bed looking at it for a few minuets. Finally she opened it. Just like the note had said there was a letter. It looked old like it had been there for a long time. Adia took the letter out of the box and unfolded it and read the letter out loud to herself.

"My sweet baby girl. I don't know if you'll ever get this letter or how old you'll be. I told your father to keep it and give you it when the time was right. Last time I saw you, you had short curly blonde hair and blue eyes. You looked a lot like me. I wonder what you look like now?. The day your brother change I was scared and I panicked. I didn't know. No one had told me what your father really was. Seeing my sweet calm boy turn into a monster right in front of me changed everything. I was holding you and I nearly dropped you. Your father came rushing into the room. He had a look in his eyes that said sorry and so did I. I gave you to your father and rushed to the door. Not bothering to pack anything. I left. I'm guessing where ever you are now that your living a happy life with your father and brother. I am also guessing that you are one of them as well. I'm not sure if I'll ever see you again but I want you to know that I love you. I managed to fit a few minuets in to write this letter before I ran. I love you my sweet baby girl......yours faithfully ladia Aka Mum"
