"One thing just doesn't make sense, she said that I was the scum? You know, when I saved you." I said.

"Maybe she had a warped sense of reality. Some people have that." Barbara said.

"No, she seemed convinced, and afterwards she was fine. Wait here." I said. I paced towards the room she was being held in.

"Hey Aeliana." I said. No reply.

"I have one more question. How am I scum when you nearly killed my s... best mate?" I only just remembered that I had to hide her relation to me.

"I wasn't going to kill her. Just take her. At least I didn't actually kill your sister I mean best mate." She spat mimicking me.

"So you were going to abduct her but I'm the scum?" I questioned.

"Again. I didn't kill her, I'm not like you."

"Like me? I have never killed in my life."

"Liar."

"Seriously, I want to hear this. Who did I kill?"

"Remember 5 years ago. Every member of the Justice League and Young Justice was taken over by Vandal Savage?"

"Yeah."

"Every member of every league is on a wild rampage. Do not approach them at any time. If they are seen your only chance is to run." The news woman was clearly terrified.

"Anna. Where's Mom?" Ariella asked.

"I don't know Ari, let's go and find her." I said holding her hand.

Ariella is my 6 year old sister. She is quite smart for her age. My Mom works in the city so I was really worried. I thought the leagues were the good people.

"Let's go." I said after tying up Ari's laces. We caught the bus into city.

Fires roamed the city now. People screamed as green Lazer beams ran around all the buildings. I looked up to see the S symbol that once stood for hope, now stood for fear.

"Ari, come on." I said gripping her hand. We ran to try and find Moms building.

The Blue bird stood out on the black suit. His smile just screamed evil.

"Night Wing? Please don't do this." I said stepping back with Ari behind me.

"Anna!" Ari cried as I saw Batman behind me. I protected Ari from Batman but Nightwing sliced her chest with a bat-a-rang.

"Ari!!!" I screamed as she died in my arms. They ran off and I stood holding Ari in my arms.

"I don't remember this at all." I said baffled.

"Well I signed up with Ra's Al Ghul's team three months later. He was reluctant to take a 10 year old but he did. I ended up speaking to Vandal Savage and he explained that he can't make you do anything. He just makes you embrace anything you have thought about so everyone had thought about terrorising the city. " She explained.

"I'm sorry. Is your mom okay?"

"She died that day too. I had to lose my only family on one day. I will never forgive you."

"How would taking Marble solve that?"

"It would get Ra's to make you feel the pain I've felt all these years."
