(Paul) Christmas Special

It was Christmas day, and you were spending it with your soldier boyfriend, Paul.  He had to go do some paperwork and filing stuff for Red Leader, so you only had about half an hour with him.  He gave you some expensive (F/C) diamond jewelry and you got him the newest epic upgrade set for his rifle that he had been talking about for months.

Currently, you two were sitting on the red army base couch, cuddling.  Your head was rested on Paul's chest, which he had told you he thought was adorable.  "Man, what did I do to deserve to have such an amazing, beautiful girlfriend to spend Christmas with?"  He whispered to himself and sort of to you.

You giggled and blushed at this.  Just then, Paul's communicating device turned on.  "Paul, please report to the discussion room."  You heard Red Leader say through the device.  "Be eight there, sir."  Paul responded, grabbing his communicates from out of his pocket.  "Aww man...  Do you gotta go?"  You asked, sad that your cuddles were over.

"Yeah...  Sorry babe.  I'll be back in a while."  Paul told you, getting up and walking out of the room and down the hallway.  "Love you!"  You heard him say to you before he shut the door.  "Love you too..."  You mumbled, drifting off to sleep.

~Paul's POV~

After a few hours working for Red Leader, he let me go to spend the rest of Christmas with my girlfriend, (Y/N).  It was around six o'clock at night give or take when I got back to the room I had left (Y/N) in.  I silently opened the door, and it was completely silent in there.

"(Y/N)..?"  I questioned, looking around the room.  I spotted my girlfriend on the couch we were cuddling on before I had to leave.  She was sound asleep.  I walked over to the couch and knelt down in front of her sleeping body.

I kissed her quickly and quietly on the lips before standing up.  Just as I was about to walk away, I felt a hand on mine.  I looked down and saw (Y/N), sleepy but awake.  "Wait..."  She mumbled.  I picked her up, her arms wrapping around my neck and her legs wrapping around my waist.

I carried her silently to my room and laid her down on my bed next to me.  We cuddled for a while before I finally drifted off to sleep. "Merry Christmas, babe.  I love you..."  I whispered.  "Love you too." I heard my girlfriend say, just before I fell asleep.
