Chapter 57: A date on Christmas

Jessica pov

" No ! Nope ! So last season !.... Wait what am I saying ?"

I questioned myself as I was looking for a date outfit. Something a little girly than my usual tomboy style.

There was a knock at my door as I found a pink turtle neck.

" Come in "

" Hello there honey whatcha doing ?"

" Looking for a outfit "

" Why got a date or something ?" He chuckled.

I groaned in annoyance .

" Like a edge queen like you would have a boyfriend , just be back before 3 pm "

He closed my door I then found a black skirt, black leggings, and boots then put is all on. I took a look in the body length mirror. I put my glasses on and brushed my hair.

" Perfect !"

I ran out the door and started heading towards the subway. Most places will be closed today . And I have a date....

So we'll probably just go to the nature park. There are a lot of cherry blossom trees there.

Once it stopped I ran off the subway and to our meeting place.  When I got there he was on his phone wearing a white T-shirt , blue jeans, pink boots, and a hot pink jacket.

He looked up and saw me then we made our way. And Ironically we a passed a ice cream cart that said....

Sweetheart's Ice Cream...

The man there saw us then smiled he had a French accent.

" Ah ! Are you two new at Andre's Sweetheart ice cream ?"

" Oh sorry sir we weren't going get ice cream .... We have no cash and it's snowing....."

" That's a alright ! It's a on the house ! And since it's Christmas I'm a giving out Hot Chocolates ! Please it would fill my heart with joy !"

Dude are pressuring us right now ? I mean I do eat sweets once and a while but I'm diabetic and it's SNOWING ! It's basically too cold for ice cream !

I could tell Mettaghetti was thinking the same thing . So we just smiled at the man and nodded.

" Wonder-va ! And I guess you are a right it's too cold for ice cream ! So take a couple hot chocolates ! Stay warm ! Though you can come back when you want some ice cream !"

" Thank you sir !" We both smiled as he gave us white styrofoam cups with hot chocolate . We walked away and took a sip of our drinks.

It tasted like McDonald's hot chocolate .

( If you have never had McDonald's hot chocolate try it it's so DELICIOUS)

Basically all we did was sit on a bench  drink our drinks and stared at the cherry blossom trees. I looked at my watch it was 1:12 when I left and it was 2:30 pm .

" Hey I need to get going my bro said to be back before 3 pm"

" Okay see ya at work on the 3rd"

We waved out goodbye and I teleported home and put on a different outfit.

The outfit from this morning, I walked out of my room and into the living room.

" Ah ! There you are darling !~ dinner's almost ready check your blood and take a shot "

" Okay bro"

The rest of that day Christmas was great.
