Chapter 31: Disaster at the writer's contest ! * part 1*

Arden pov

I was writing I was on the third chapter of the book I was writing. It was about a fox monster I made named Kana she has a soul like a human and it's Pink like Betty's soul.

I was also making sure that I didn't make any mistakes. While I hurried the contest is this thursday .

I was trying to make 3 if not 2 chapters a day. I was really excited about this that I didn't know it was dark .

" It's dark already ? So what time is it then ? Nine ? Ten ?"

I looked at my clock.

12:00 PM

" MIDNIGHT ?! and it's a school night !!"

So I hurried and got in bed I was so focused with writing I wasn't watching the time.

The next day ~

" Whoa Arden..... When's the last time you slept ?!"

Jess was asking me it's true as ET Frisk would say I looked like I stayed up all night watching horror moives.....

" I don't wanna talk about it ...."

I noticed some blood on her neck .

" What happened to you ?"

Jess didn't speak for a moment

" How's the writing going ?"

" Pretty good , did three chapters in one night"

" Cool"

Then the bell rang signaling us to go to class. So we did I went to English. Jess went to transition math.

And I had the whole class time to write my book so I did.

After fifth period English basically I was down to five chapters.

After school~

I was at the BBPH working I'm just five minutes away from my 15 minute break.

Alphys pov

I was walking  with Undyne talking about Arden.

" S-So Arden's w-working  hard h-huh ?"

" Yep ! She hyped up about this contest ! I bet you SHE'LL WIN!!!"

Only Undyne , I , Jessica , and I think Mettaton knows Arden's a girl. Everyone else definitely .

( Basically Toriel Asgore Asriel Chara Frisk Astell Napstablook, Sans Papyrus all of that)

" L-Let's not g-get her h-hopes up
t-too high U-Undyne !"

" Your right...."

Then I started thinking to myself

I heard from Jessica Arden's up to 5 chapters now ... When's she done in the contest and with her book I'll ask if I can read it !

I can't wait !

As we entered the grocery store they had a lot of anime like foods. Like miso , miso soup, sushi. 

I can't let Undyne go near the Sushi ....

Not long after I got home I heard a knock on my door. I opened it to see Jessica .

" J-Jessica hi ! W-what's up ?"

" Hey Alphys ...can I stay for a while ?"

" Oh o-of course !"

I let her in she seemed upset   .

" Is something wrong ?"

" Yes and it's not a usual brother , sister fight "

" You and Mettaton fought ?"

" You could say that ..... I'll explain and I brought you a box a tea your favorite !"

She handed a box of Apple tea bags as she started explaing .

Undyne pov

Arden is so HYPED FOR THE WRITING NARGHHHHHHHH !!!!

I mentally screamed in my head she's down to 10 chapters and she says she almost done just ten more and one more day until the contest.

I can't wait !
