It was Christmas Eve. Everyone was at the Weasleys home celebrating Christmas. Despite everything that was going on they didn't want to stop being together as a family.

Draco, Zabini, and Harry had been spending the past months at Grimmauld place. Draco and Zabini didn't have a home to go to anymore. They hadn't seen their families since the start of the school year. They just hoped their families were alive.

Zabini was sitting with Tonks and Ron talking about Quidditch. Fred and George sat with Bill and Charlie laughing. Mrs. Weasley and Mr. Weasley sat in the kitchen table talking with Lupin. Even Luna and her father were here. Luna was with her girlfriend holding her hand and Mr. Lovegood sat with the rest of the adults.

And Draco? Draco was sitting by the window looking out from the Weasleys home. Harry was the one to invite him. He didn't want him to spend Christmas alone this year.

Harry walked to him carrying a bit of warm butterbeer. Draco looked rather sad and upset. He had barely spoken to anyone in the past months.

"Hey Draco I brought you some butterbeer."

Draco looked away from the window and looked at Harry. He gave him a smile and Harry sat by him. Harry handed him the butterbeer and Draco took a sip.

"Thanks Harry."

"Thought it might cheer you up. How are you feeling?"

"Im okay I guess. Just been thinking about my parents a lot. I wanted to send them an owl to let them know I was okay but I just realized I don't even know if they're alive. I'm so worried."

"Im sorry Draco. Must be hard having Christmas without them."

"Are you kidding? I hated Christmas back home. All my parents ever did was argue about the stupidest things."

"Oh I'm sorry. Must of been the worst day of the year then."

"Actually quite the opposite because at least we were together and my father wasn't his usual cold hearted self and my mother would actually talk to me. She wasn't so distant like always. I know she loved me more than anything I just wish she would've shown it more. If I do see them again things will be different. I won't let them push me away. Life is so damn short. Just in a second I lost everything including them."

"Draco you'll see your family again. I promise."

Draco started to cry but wiped his tears away.

"I'm sorry Harry. I shouldn't be talking about this. I know it must be hard for you too."

Harry smiled.

"Actually not at all. Although my parents are gone I have the Weasleys. They've always been like a family to me."

"They aren't like a family to you Harry. They ARE your family."

Harry looked at the room. Everyone was laughing and had smiles on their faces. Presents and food everywhere. The room was filled with so much cheer and happiness.

He was so happy to have found the Weasleys. Ron was like a brother to him. Hermione although she wasn't a Weasley was still like a sister to him. Fred and George the coolest older brothers. Ginny her awesome little sister. Percy his much older too classy for anyone brother. Mr. Wesley his very goofy and loving father. Mrs. Weasley her loving mother with amazing home cooked meals and sweet smile. They really were everything to him.
