Matt continued to talk about how stupid Castiel was being, pacing back and forth like a caged animal.
“He's supposed to love you! You’re fragile right now. You need to be loved and cared for. Screw Castiel. You deserve better.” Matt ranted. You just kept crying until the door opened. Not wanting to talk to Jay, you just let out a muffled plea of rejection.
“Please go away…” You whimpered. The footsteps came a bit closer, stopping near the bed.
“Hey, are you alright? Why are you crying?” A male voice asked you. It sounded familiar. You looked up to see the man from earlier. Matt, of course, was gone.
“Are you alright?” He asked gently, stepping
up to the bed. You buried your head in your hands.
“I went through something awful… And I-I went mute.. And I just started talking… Today… A-And my boyfriend yelled at me… I-I n-needed him more than e-ver…” You cried. Saying it out loud made you feel stupid, but the man wrapped his arms around you.
“He shouldn't have yelled. You went through something traumatic, and he should have known to keep his cool.. You deserve someone who'll help you..” He soothed, rubbing your back. You gripped his shirt and buried your face in his chest. The little you could smell of him was overwhelmingly comforting. He gently began to hum a song, still rubbing your back. You wondered what was taking Jay so long, but you weren't complaining. The man didn't say anything, didn't try to take advantage of you, nor did he pressure you into talking. You calmed down and after a bit you stopped crying.
  “Thank you…”
“It's no problem, sweetie..I'm happy to be of assistance..” He replied.
“What are you doing in here..?” You asked. He blushed.
“I got lost again, but I saw you crying.. Amd wanted to help.” The man explained. You felt your heart grow warm at his thoughtfulness.
“I’m (Y/N)..” You introduced, looking up at him.
“I'm Lempo.” He replied. You giggled, sniffling softly.
  “That's a strange name…”
“I suppose so… My mother gave it to me..” He smiled softly. Before you realized what was happening, Lempo was sitting in your bed with you in his lap. Something about him made you feel safe, like all the bad things didn't matter.
“That's nice… My mother named… Me too…” You said, your eyelids heavy. You just wanted to sleep, forget the horror for a while. So you did, falling asleep while cradled against Lempo's chest.
