{6 Months later}

"Hey my baby"I kissed Milan cheek. Milan was looking up at me smiling with no teeths in his mouths. "I love you baby" he tried talking to me even though he couldn't talk.

I did change his name. His name is now Milan Kaiser Williams. I don't want him to copy his daddy name. Speaking of the devil himself, he put me through so much hell in the court room. The evidence that they was talking about wasn't really mines. The police arrested cookie for toying with the evidence. She changed Michael name with the gun to my name, placed my fingerprints on it which I don't know how she got it, and change the name to the truck to mines. This was all before the court. Luckily, Brian was with me. He actually heard cookie saying what she did and told the police to arrest cookie. She's in prison for 40 years. The judge thinks she was in on it as well.

As for Michael. He's not convicted. They said not guilty cause there wasn't no evidence. They still can't find the gun. Michael told his side of the story and faked cried at the end saying he loved her, sorry brother, blah blah blah. But he was convicted to 10 years in prison for breaking into my house and trying to kill me. Also the drugs that was in his war house, they added more time. He probably gone die in prison.

But I'm happy now. No more Michael. No more bullshit. I just want to spend the rest of my life with my baby boy.

"Harlow, dinners ready"my mom called out. I picked Milan up and carried him inside the house. Everybody flocked to Milan giving him kisses. My little brother snatched him out my arms kissing his cheeks. "Are you okay?"my mom ask.

"I'm fine, why you asked?"

"Cause you wasn't yourself today. I understand you are tired and I understand that you wanted your life with Michael to be more......."

"I didn't want to have a life with Michael ma"I rolled my eyes. "his life was already fu......."

"Don't curse in my house"she pointed her finger at me.

"Sorry ma"I said. "I'm just hungry"I smiled. I walk to the kitchen grabbing a plate. Jenny was fixing two plates for her and her baby girl. She's so cute.

Finally I fixed myself some food and walked to the table. We said our grace and ate up. My step father and brother was arguing about some game. I don't understand why they like basketball so much. I love football more then basketball.

As I was eating, I looked down at my phone and seen a number calling me. I got up from my seat and walked outside. "hello"

"Hello, you have a call from Atlanta correctional facility. Will you like to accept this call?"

"Yes I guess"I said fixing my hair. My heart was breathing really fast.

"Harlow"

I heard Michael voice on the other end of the phone. I didn't want to cry but I did. "Michael"I sniffle.

"I just wanted to tell you that I'm sorry. For everything, I didn't mean to stress you out or try to kill you"

"You did mean it. You tried to ruin my life by putting me in jail as well"

"I didn't. I didn't tell her to do that, she did all that"

"Michael just tell the truth, you told her!!"I yelled.

"No I didn't!! How many tim....."--"Harlow I love you. I would never"

"If you loved me, you would of never put me through that situation Michael"I cried.

"I don't know what I was thinking"--" 5 minutes Michael"

"Hurry up and say what you have to say"

"When I get out of prison. I want to find you and Jr. I want to start over with everything. Move out this state and go somewhere else. Just me you and Jr. I loved y'all man. My other kids, they momma won't let me near them but you would. I love you Harlow, I don't want you to leave me at all" he cried on the phone.

"Michael, you should of stop what you did and thought about your baby. Now look where you at"I said.

"2 minutes"--" Harlow write to me everyday. Tell me how you and Jr making out. I don't want you to get pregnant by nobody else, your mines only mines"

"I can't promise that"

"What! Why!"

"It's over between us Michael. I'm done. I'ma write to you once a month about Jr but that's it"I cried.

"You do miss me. Can't even stop crying"

"I'm crying cause of the shit you put me through and now you want me to love you again. That can't happen"

"1 minute"-- "Harlow please. This ain't funny. I want you and only you. I want to build a family with you"

"Michael, I'm done with this conversation. I'll write to you"

"I love y'all okay"

"Jr loves you too"I hung up the phone and wipe my eyes. I should of hung up the phone when it said facility. But I wanted to hear what he had to say.  I don't take his apologize. All he wanted was for me to suck up to him and love him again. He was like that when we was together. But it's over now.

Everything is over with. I'm living a happy life with my baby boy. The nightmare is over with.
