Well. It's a little late, but here it is!

RUINS MONSTERS

Flowey: He's actually really nice, and pacifist. but like me, he has delusional issues when he gets too* tired. He becomes a genocidal weed with a hella cranky, extremely creepy attitude. his petals are violet, and he has a white face, with yellow circles under his eyes, like a blush.

Froggit: Hesitant, but he likes occasional attention. Usually doesn't know why hes fighting someone.

Whimsum: a true beauty, he's a really pretty luna moth monster, but super sensitive. Though, after having quite a few compliments on his wings, he's been growing more confident is himself.

Loox: He has very little fun picking on people, but he does it anyway, mainly because he was picked on as a kid. Pretty low self esteem.

Nabstablook: Shy. Low confidence. But he's super sweet, and a really good listener. Usually, people don't even realize they're telling him their worries and fears, until they already have. He's like a counselor in a certain sense.

Vegetoid: He's a turnip. That likes giving you the best breakfast tips monsterly possible!

Migosp: He loves that alone time. He's the guy who starts The Wave at dance parties.
Moldsmall: ~sexy wiggle~

that's basically it. Though, he greatly appreciates space and time to watch the world go by.

Dummy: Just a practice dummy. A little sarcastic though.

SNOWDIN FOREST AND TOWN MONSTERS

Grillby: shares all of original grillbys character traits, but he does not have a fear of water, mainly because of his intense fire heat. He is shy, and likes fellow fire monsters. He spends his breaks taking walks through waterfall, and after work he goes and picks his daughter, fuku, up. Fuku has a violet red flame,and Maaaayyy have a certain girlfriend who stands with her in hot land, behind the lazers. I'm sorry, I just ship it.

makes: what bartenders make, PLUS MAYO FOR SANS, BUT, ITS LIKE, HOMEMADE MAYO. (the mayo refers to the scene where sans offers frisk a sandwich at grillbys.)

attacks: fireballs, and blowtorch fire.

doggamy and dogeressa: definition of love, but on steroids. they would die for one another. they're a very sweet couple, and they are always truthful to each other. They are the images that pop up when you search "perfect couples" on the internet.

Greater dog: He's a little-big beefcake. Hes lovable and playful, a little shy but warms up extremely* quickly to strangers. He and the other dogs couldn't adapt.

makes: face licks and cuddles, with free playtimes.

attacks: sleeping dog, with a sudden Z. Then an awake dog, moving abruptly and annoyingly across the screen.

lesser dog: like greater dog, but more fluff then tough. his neck can extend to the cosmos....

doggo: He's suspicious, and puts on the tough-dog act. He just wants to be walked and pet, and aspires to be an athletic dog.

AnNoYiNg DoG: Annoying but cute. He's somehow completely bioluminescent.

Snowdrake: making Ice-puns as usual. He looks up to Sans for comedic inspiration.

Icecap: Sassy and stylish, does not strut into view, but shyly walks. He knows it looks adorable.

Gyftrot: hates being bothered, and hates having personal space violated. If he where at a party, he would probably stand in the very corner, yelling at people who cross the red line he drew around himself.

Shopkeeper bunni: She's a nice lady, but there's some sass. She loves her family, and is supportive of her little sister.

Innkeeper bunni: A tiny little thing. She likes to go out and collect stray gems, to which she adds to her collectors belt. She's perky, and talks with a peppy tone, and is very hospitable.

Bunny kid: suspicious of everything. He's, like, conspiracy theorist of the underground, and has a dream to be part of the paparazzi.

Bunny girl: Cute, and has a happy life. Though, she does have a little problem. heres a quote from her: "Isn't Bat-bat just adorable? Bat-bat Bat-bat Bat-bat!". See what I mean?

Devil-looking-guy-I-forgot-his-name: He's nice, but has convinced himself to keep an almost unfaltering smile, to try and stay happy.

Mouse-Guy: Very politically informed. He is very shy, but likes to inform people of the modern day crisis's at hand. he worries a lot.

Ice Wolf: Throws ice.

Slime dad: Protective over his kids, and I a good parent.

slime kid(bossy): He likes being the good guy, and likes to play pretend.

slime kid(bossed): He doesn't mind being the stinky human in the pretend games, he just wants to make his brother happy.

River Person: They seem very mysterious, and usually gives cryptic advice. Their boat is made of birch wood, and their cloak is a white, that fades to a black at the bottom. They where an amulet of green bioluminescent crystal around their neck on a silver chain.

Beware the man who speaks through the stars...
