"how is she?" daniel asked as he walked into the hospital. zach was waiting for him at the entrance.

"they say she's okay, but they haven't let me in yet." they both started walking to the waiting room.

when they got there, zach sat down next to his girlfriend, samantha. he laid his head on her shoulder, sighing.

"hey, sam." daniel said with a small smile.

"hey, daniel."

"family of athena herron?" a nurse called.

"right here." zach said, getting up as fast as ever.

"you can all ser her now. she's fine, but she's still a little bit weak. she was a lucky one. she had way too much drugs in her system." with that, the nurse walked away and the three went to her room.

they slowly opened the door to find her awake, and staring at the ceiling.

"hey." zach whispered.

"hi." she said, blinking away the tears.

daniel made his way over her, hugging her and kissing her lips.

"hey, don't cry." daniel wiped her tears away.

"i'm so sorry i did this to you guys. i shouldn't have taken those pills. i wanted everything to stop, the voices were too much. everything about this place is too much."

"thena, it's okay. you don't need to apologize." zach frowned.

"i love you guys so much."

the four of them hugged together. they stayed like that for a while, until a knock on the door interrupted them.
