"hey guys it's me athena and welcome back to my vlog." the girl said as she adjusted the beanie on her now short hair. "today it's the day i finally go back to la after two years of being in college and i'm honestly nervous."

"i'm seeing corbyn." christina squealed as the two kept walking towards the gate of the airport.

"she's seeing corbyn." the black-haired girl repeated as she giggled. "so yeah guys, i need to go now, but... i'll definitely update y'all later on our flight."

athena finally turned her camara off and kept on walking.

"i'm nervous, chris. what if i see him?" athena asked, whispering the last part.

"everything will be fine, a. i promise."

athena took a deep breath and kept on walking. until they finally reached their gate. they went through security and everything and then finally went to the plane. athena kept on tapping her foot on the floor, telling christina that she was anxious. it was somethings normal on her.

"thena, put your headphones on and relax. everything will be okay." christina said as she looked at the younger girl.

athena only nodded before doing what corbyn's girlfriend had told her to do. minutes later, the girl was finally asleep.

the plane had finally landed in lax and the two girls were waiting for the boys to arrive. they were late because of zach, as always.

nothing had really changed in those two years, except the fact that jack broke up with athena, athena cut her hair and the band broke up. even if why don't we wasn't a thing anymore, the five boys remained best friends and nothing really changed between them. they were still their goofy selves and enjoyed every single day they spent together.

finally, athena and christina heard a loud squeal, and they both knew it was zach's.

"athena!" zachary said as he ran towards his sister and tackled her into a hug, later being joined by the other three guys and christina.

"i missed this."

"and we missed you."

just like that, athena knew she was back home. and her home wasn't the city of los angeles, but it was the boys who she loved as brothers.
