athena threw the blade in frustration, not even noticing where it landed. she started tugging her own hair.

seconds later, she heard someone's footsteps approaching the bathroom door.

the door flew open to reveal jack as worried as ever.

"oh, no, no, no." he fell on his knees at the sight of athena. "this is all my fault, i should've never talked to you like that."

her arms were covered in her own blood. her white shirt had red stains everywhere.

"n-no, jack. this is not your fault." the girl said between sobs.

the boy started to help athena clean herself. he changed her shirt, and got her into more comfortable clothing after disinfecting her cuts.

he reached out to grab something and grabbed the pregnancy test instead.

"you-you're pregnant? w-with my baby?" jack asked, tears forming in his eyes.

"yeah." athena answered not looking at him.

"why didn't you tell me before?" he sat down next to her.

"i thought you would hate me." the black haired girl said as she laid her head in jack's shoulder.

"i could never. i will support every decision you take about this little one, because i love you with all my heart." he rubbed her stomach and kissed her forehead. "oh god, i love you so damn much."

the boy sniffled as he softly smiled at his girlfriend.

"i'm glad to be with you again." the girl yawned, as her eyes started to close.

"i am too. but let's get you to bed, you're clearly tired."

athena mumbled random words as she nodded and stood up, making her way to the bed. both her and jack laid down on the bed. she snuggled into jack's body, smiling as she did.

"i love you, avery."

"i love you even more, gray."
