mark and sana walk side by side, their hands still locked, they were both silent but not awkward, sana could feel her face all red when mark played with her fingers.
their hearts were pounding at the same beat, yet neither of them didn't know.
"mark.. uh i want to say something." sana stopped which made make stop too.
sana sighs, she can't keep it to herself anymore, she just wants to say it, it may hurt her pride, at least her heart won't regret.
she faced mark, and she feels really really nervous now, but feel calmer when mark held her another hand.
"i-i know this is all of a sudden, it feels like just yesterday you were just ignoring me because of my attitude, and felt hopeless. i didn't mean to feel this way, i didn't, i promise."
sana felt her hands being let go as she continue and that made her heart hurt. when mark finally let go both of her hands, she stared at him for awhile and sighed deeply before closing her eyes.
"i-i like you. and i know you don't feel the same way-" sana stopped talking when mark pulled her to a hug, a really tight one.
"it's about time. i thought you'd never tell me." mark said and played with her hair.
sana stopped breathing, so he let go of her hand to hug her?
"you know what? the real reason i've been ignoring you is because i liked you, i liked you from the first place but thought i didn't deserve you. but i couldn't help but be kind to you when i'm carried to my feelings."
"when you asked me why i was ignoring you, i tried to find a way to let you know i don't deserve you. but ended up messing badly. and the days you would ignore me, that made me lose hope, i wanted your attention, but you didn't want go give it to me. and the day i saw you on han river, i tried to use my chance, luckily it worked." mark chuckled.
sana hit his back that made mark ow. "i'm sorry for lying." he said and let go of him.
