chapt 6. hurt

Haylies pov (pic is of britney)

When he lifted up my sleaves he looked at my face and i was crying he got down on his knees and pulled me into a hug
"Im so sorry" he said
I hugged him back and cried untill i couldnt cry anymore
"I can't tell you that you'll be ok but i can tell you that i really do care about you and that i don't want you to hurt yourself'' i nodded and he kissed my forehead than he said
"I should probably go will you be ok?"
I nodded and typed
'I'll call camile and grace to come over' he said ok than walked out to his car and drove away
(Group chat haylie is H camile is C and grace is G)

H: you guys want to come over

G: sure

C: yeah sounds good

H: cool see you soon

30 min later
Knock knock
I nearly ran to my front door
And in came camile and grace
"Hey!" They both screamed
I waved
We orderd pizza and binged watched twilight (mainly just for the hot werewolves) grace fell asleep after breaking dawn prt 1
Camile went home a little before
I texted graces mom that she fell asleep at my house and i would let her borrow some of my cloths for school

I went ustairs and got ready for bed i decieded to cut on my leg so jackson wouldnt see
It was like a adiction it hurt but at the same time felt good

When i woke up in the morning i put my hair in a pony tail i put on a button up shirt jeans and blue convers
I grabbed an apple and walked to school hopfully britney wouldnt bother me today

But she did
"Hey mute" she called this time with two jocks one had a belt
They started whipping me in the back one grabbed me by my hair and threw me against a wall i blacked out from pain yet again
I woke up in a room i didnt reconize it was painted black and electic blue it had posters on alot of emo/ punk/ rock bands
Then elena walked in with a pissed face
"They've been doing this sense i last helped right?"
I nodded
"Im telling my brother and your aunt"
I shook my head and mouthed no please no
"This has gotten too bad haylie eventully they'll find out anyway just please let me help the way i know can help"
'If you tell your brother he'll break up with britney because of me and than she'll be even more pissed and my aunt already worrys enough'
I felt tears running down my face that jackson walked in
"Hey elena i got your messa-" he saw me than ran twords me and hugged me i flinched in pain
"What the hell happend" he lifted up the back of my blood stained shirt and saw the cuts from the belt
"Haylie who did this to you" he looked like he was about to cry from anger
"Your fake ass girlfriend did it and shes been doing it for a while now" elena said
"What?! Why? And why didnt you tell me?!"
'She started the first time you drove me too school she had told me before then to stay away from you so a beating is what i got and i didnt tell you because if you broke up with her she would probably try too kill me'
"I had no idea she'd do something like this" he said after reading my text
'It doesnt matter im fine'
"You arn't fine don't even try to lie to me" he lifted up my sleves again and saw no new cuts than he pulled down my pants and looked at me with anger
"Why!" He damanded in a harsh voice rather than questioned
'It took my mind off the pain of my past and the way britney hurts me'
He got really mad at this point than wen't out the door
I hadnt realised elena left till she came back in with a dissaproving look
"He really cares about you ya know"
'He only cares out of pity just like everyone else im mute and a loner and a freak why would he really care about me'
"You really are blind and no offense but stupid he cares about you because he's inlove with you" i blinked at her with shock and she walked away shaking her head
Than i got a text
New text from jackson

J: i broke up with britney and told the principle about her actions he wants to talk to you tomorrow but shes suspended if the principle believes your side of the story she could be expelled

H: why would you do that?

J: i wanted to help you

H: well its like anyone would believe the mute girl nor would anyone care

J: don't talk about yourself like that i care about you so does grace and so does camile and elena

H: why should you? Im nothing im worthless im not pretty im short and stupid why should anyome care about me??

After that jackson stopped texting me and i cried till i heard a knock on the wall than i looked up to see jackson
