chapt 7. ''i love you''

Jacksons pov (like i promissed) (pic is of aunt lilly)

I saw her crying on elenas bed i knocked on the wall and saw her eyes blood shot from crying
I walked over to her and she broke down
I held her in my arms and wisperd
"I love you" too low for her to hear over her silent crying
She hugged me as tight as she could and i pulled her onto my lap closeing the remaining gape between us she continued to cry eventully she fell asleep i layed beside her because that night i didnt want to leave her i couldnt because i was head over heals for her she made me crazy i was in love with her
I just wished she'd understand that rather than continue to think no one cares 

I woke up in the middle of the night to haylie flinch and silently scream
I woke her up
"Haylie hey you're having a nightmare"
She started crying again and i couldnt help but feel my heart break as this beutiful girl cried in my arms
"You're ok now ive got you"
She shook her head as in no
"Why no?" She didnt answer than i facepalmed just like she does
"Sorry sometimes i forget you need a phone or paper and pens to talk to me so nevermind don't worry about my question" i kissed the top of her head and after about 1 hour filled with more crying she was asleep again and so was i

(Authurs note: i may do another jacksons pov but for now im going back to haylies pov also next time its jacksons pov i'll try to make it longer)

Haylies pov

I woke up to jacksons arms around me protectivly
I evntully was out of his grasp and i wen't to the bathroom elena gave me some of her cloths to change into
It was a fall out boy tshirt
(mentioned for one of my bffs) 
And ripped jean shorts
I put my hair in a bun and
Went to their kitchen i grabbed an apple than got camile to pick me up for school
In the car ride i used a voice app to tell her what happend
She mostly just said ''wow'' and laughed alot
It was friday so school was pretty ok

After 5th period one of the football players who originally beat me up because of britney came up behind me and grabbed my arm
"Hey mute ya know i wanted to say sorry about the other day i was wondering if you wanted to hang out later" he said while grinning
I shook my head
"Aw come one hunny don't play hard to get"
I slapped him but im pretty sure i hurt myself more
"Your gonna regret that" he said than pinned me against the lockers
"Hey gets your hands off her!" Jackson yelled right as he was about to kiss me
It stunned the guy enough that i could get free so i did than ran two the girls bathroom

I locked myself in the bathtoom stall and started scratching at my cuts making them bleed
After a while i heard grace camile and elena come in
"Haylie" camile said
"Come out please jacksons worried" elena said than continued "so are we"
"Haylie come on please we are all worried" grace added
I slowly came out camile went and hugged me than started crying
Elena stayed in the corner not sure what to do and grace hugged me aswell as camile
I went outside to find jackson with a black eye and bloody nuckles
I went to him crying and he held me till i heard the bell ring saying we were late for class
"Miss heart you're late" my teacher said looking at my face wet with tears that my arms red from my cuts
I typed
'Sorry mrs but i ran into some problems im here now though'
She nodded her head and i walked to my seat

After school i wen't to the principles office to talk about britney and the bullying jackson and elena came with me
Jackson so if i started crying he could calm me down and elena as a witness
"Ok so miss heart tell me what happend" principle moore said
'My second day here she started calling me names like mute freak slut whore dumb etc i didnt let it get to me i knew it was just because she was jelous than me and jackson were friends that monday jackson gave me a ride to school and she got pissed she followed me to the bathroom and beat me up with two other girls one was afound 5'7 red hair and green eyes the other had light brown hair and blue eyes around 5'5'
Elena cut in
"it was ashley and amy also i was the one who found her as they were kicking her on the floor and calling her names i was the one who took her too the nurse both times actually"
"It happend again after that?" Asked mr moore
I started typing
'Yeah and that time she brought a guy off the football team and they hit and kicked me till i passed out than just yesterday she brought her jocks again and beat me with a belt till i had slash marks on my back'
"Oh my" he said
Than i felt a tear run down my face jackson was quickly behind me with his hand on my shoulder
"Miss heart may i see the belt wounds" i nodded and turned around elena lifted the back of my shirt while jackson held me to his chest protectivly
After a second elena pulled my shirt back down and mr moore saked another question
"Why did all of this start?"
'It started because she was jealous'
''What was she jealous about?"
'I was friends with jackson and i guess she thought i was trying to steal him from her'
"Were you?"
'No not at all he was her boyfriend and even if i liked him he doesnt like me like that'
Elena saw the text and shook her head
"Ok well she will be suspended for 2 weeks when she gets back if it doesnt stop than she will be expelled"
I nodded and jackson glared at mr moore a little but mr moore didnt notice
We walked out jackson had his arm around my sholders than he drove me back to my house
