Dreton gets out the van as Miles puts his shiv in the back of his jeans, as Dreton open's his driver's door Miles follows him out by the same door. Having figured out the passenger has ben jammed.
Dreton tries to close the door as he exits the van but Miles stops it and gets out the van as well. Dreton looks concerned as he realises that he was catching on closer than he thought.
Miles walks and goes to check out the suspended corpse. Dreton checks on his tires.
MILES
This looks recent. I don't see any other cars coming.
DRETON
It's a long road and it's getting close to nightfall.
Miles looks at the suspended corpse again.
MILES
The fuck's going on here?
Miles walks back to the van and stands behind Dreton, he holds his shiv in the back of his trousers.
MILES (CONT'D)
How's the tire?
DRETON
Have you ever seen one of these before?
Dreton pulls out a grey metal spiked ball.
DRETON (CONT'D)
This was left on the road back there. It looks homemade, it's painted the same color as this road.
MILES
You got a spare tire? In case the people that left this are still here.
Miles sees another car coming. He sees it heading for the spiked balls. He runs and waves the car down.
He sees Liam at the wheel and Roxie, Shauna, Dale, Hannah, Chloe, Mason, and Nathan in the back.

Weren't we not suppose to stop on this road.. This looks weird.
LIAM
What am I suppose to do, run him over?
Liam's van comes to a stop and he pokes his head out the window to Miles.
LIAM (CONT'D)
What's the problem?
MILES
There's spikes in the road, look.
Miles points ahead of them, Liam sees them.
MILES (CONT'D)
We're in danger, I'll help you clear these spikes but we have to get the fuck out of here as fast as we can.
