"And 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8"
"Okay, boys! Well done" Keone said. He was a choreographer that was helping with a choreography to our new song 'Never Ever'. We had been working on it for a few days now, and today was his last day helping us with it.

"Bye, Keone! See you, and thanks for helping us" I told him, shaking his hand happily. Lately I'd been as cheerful as ever.
"No problem, with yu guys rehearsals are always fun..bye guys!" He said replied with a smile, leaving rather quickly.

"It was a good practice" Jaebeom said and I nodded
"It was, but now I'm hungry as hell" I said rubbing my belly, everyone laughing right after
"I feel the same" BamBam said, we exchanged weird smiles
"You know, we should all go out and have dinner" Mark suggested as he took a sip to his water
"Sounds like a good idea to me!" Yugyeom said with that babyish smile of his 

"Ohh, we should invite Baby and Sunhi! It would be fun" Youngjae suggested, making the plan bigger
"Yeah, it would but I think they're kind of busy with their project" BamBam commented
"That's true, writing a song is nothing easy.. even though they had the melody down pretty fast" Jinyoung said joining the discussion

"That's a good reason to treat them, for their hard work!"
"Let's call them over then" 'Beom said and with that BamBam took his phone out and called his baby sister.

"Hey Baby, we were about to go out, ah?" he gave us a look, and quickly dropped his gaze to the floor. They were talking in Thai so we really couldn't understand what he was saying, but it looked like BamBam was upset and surprised over something. A few minutes later he hung up with a big and frustrated sigh

"What happened?" Jinyoung asked, sounding a bit concerned
"Um, they can't.. and I gotta go" he said and started making his way out of the dance studio
"No, no. Relax dude, okay? Tell us what happened" I told him, holding his shoulders. He sighed and looked down at his feet then back up at us

"It's Sunhi. Baby said she didn't want everyone finding out about this... but apparently her bullies drove her insane today, and they beat her up... they're at Sunhi's place" he explained clearly angry at what happened to our friend, by now we all were! Even though we met her less than a month ago, she was already dear to us.

"Then we should all go, come on" 
。。。
"They were what?!" I said in disbelief.
"Fat shaming her, and don't yell! I finally got her to fall asleep" Baby whisper shouted at me
"I can't believe this bull, I saw her ribs at the pool the other day!" I whispered yelled back
"I know.. I honestly feel bad for her. She's always quiet, and usually ignores those comments but today was worse then ever. She wasn't even mean, she just asked them to stop talking about her like that, and well.. that happened" she said sadly 

"You know? When we got here, she started crying. I don't know if it was from physical or mental pain, but it was heartbreaking.. she fell asleep from crying" she added. I was very upset..How could anyone not like her?! She's amazing, talented and one of the kindest girls I've met! I just didn't get it at all..

"Relax bro, okay? Getting upset will solve nothing" Jinyoung said massaging my shoulder, in an attempt to sooth me and of course it did, it always did. I sighed and nodded, just listening as the others were making their own comments about the situation.

"Hey, hush! You heard that?" Mark said, and we all went silent
"Is that-"
"Yeah" Baby said and rushed upstairs, all of us following after her.
"Sunhi! What the fuck are you doing?!" She yelled at her, entering her room. We also stepped inside, and saw baby taking something from her hands and tossing it across the room.

A razor?

She helped Sunhi back into her bed since she had fallen to the floor, everyone falling silent as Baby scolded Sunhi. I walked closer to her bed to take took a look at her. Her hair was messy, she had dark circles around her eyes, tear-stained cheeks and hematomas all over her arms, along with some scars that I hadn't noticed before.

We made eye contact briefly, but she was quick to cover herself from head to toe with her blanket, clearly embarrassed by the situation

"Why are they here, Baby?" She asked and I gasped dramatically
"You dislike us that bad?" I joked, in hopes of lighting up her mood; I tried pulling the blanket down, so we could all see her face.

"I don't dislike you" she said once her face was revealed, but she didn't have that beautiful smile of hers ... yet.

"So you love us?" I asked with a suggestive face and tone, making her roll her eyes at me, a soft giggle escaping her lips as well

Yas!

"Sure, I love y'all" she said with a soft smile on her face "especially this girl right here" she said, referring to Baby

"Oh! My heart, my heart just broke" I said and dropped to the floor on my knees, earning a melodious lsugh from Sunhi, suddenly occurring to me her ribs must hurt everytime she did.

"Betrayal hurts so bad" I added
"I feel you man" BamBam said kneeling down next to me. Everyone was laughing now, and I felt so much better because of that. I smiled, taking a glance at her, relieved that she at least was smiling, happy that she wasn't alone.

"Are you hungry, Sun? We can order food" Yugyeom asked sweetly, but she refused
"No, no. I'm.. not hungry... but thanks, Gyeom" she smiled politely
"You sure, Sunhi? I didn't see you eating at break" Baby asked, concerned, which made Sunhi sigh

"I'm fine guys, you should leave now. It's getting late, and you must be tired" she said shyly. This was something I noticed quite often, every time something regarding her came up, she would turn shy with us, thing we found a little weird since she was fine with yelling, dancing and just goofing round with us..

"I can cook some ramen for.. or maybe just soup? But you  should eat, Sunny" I called her by the nickname I proudly gave her. She stared down at her lap for a few seconds, then turned her head to me

"Okay..." she said, making me smile
"I hope you do eat, Sun! I have to leave but if anything happens, don't hesitate to call" Mark told Sunhi and then turned to me, the other guys giving a similar farewell

"Get well soon Sunhi, we know you're strong!" Youngjae told her. The maknae line and her were very close since they were around the same age, it was cute bond. 

She smiled at him and nodded 

"thanks you Youngjae, and thanks all of you for caring"

Thanks for caring.
That rang in my head.
Because honestly, how could we not?
