I groaned as I felt myself being shaken 
"Baby, what the hell" I complained as I went deeper under y blankets
"You've slept so much, wake up already! Is it true that you guys are dating?"
"How on earth did you find out about that?"
"All the guys are aware! they won't stop teasing Jackson" she said with a chuckle, one leaving my own mouth as I stood up, directing myself to the bathroom to brush my teeth

"where do you think you're going? I'm waiting for a detailed answer!" my friend said, resting her back on the door frame

"yes, Baby, we're dating" a wide smile exposed how happy I was as those words left my mouth

"I knew it! Yesterday you looked gorgeous, I'm actually surprised you woke up in this room" she said with a mischievous smile on her face
"What are you saying! We don't even have a full day as a couple and everyone's making such a big deal" I said, hitting her arm playfully.  

"well, don't play dumb now! I want the details!!" she snapped, a huge grin over her lips, making one form on my own as I started recalling the events from the last night

"And that's what happened last night" I finished, having a smile on my face that went from ear to ear 

"now let me get ready!" I said, going into the bathroom and locking the door, so I could shower peacefully. 

As I walked out of the shower, I examined the clothes I had placed in the closet, finally taking a pair of black cargo pants and a white crop top, pairing it with white sneakers; lastly, I clipped on the beautiful silver necklace Seunie had given me last night

'You are my starlight', it read; I smiled widely, my mind replaying once again the set of words that I wouldn't get sick of remembering. I admit that it was unexpected for me, but I was overflowing with happiness that he had asked me out. With the smile still on my lips, I turned to the mirror and proceeded to apply little makeup on my face, a bb cream, a pink lipgloss, soft pink blush, and a soft shimmery eye shadow. I decided to let my hair down so I just brushed it, applying perfume on my wrists, the back of m ears, and my neck. I gave myself a last glance in the mirror, and grabbed my phone, placing it in my back pocket, finally walking out of the room.

"Morning, beautiful" Jackson said as we met at the top of the stairs, a cute smile on his dreamy face
"Morning, handsome" I smiled back, a soft pink tint apparent on his face as I said those words. 

"Slept well?" I asked as we walked downstairs, directing ourselves to the kitchen                   "better than ever" he replied with a cheeky smile, making a soft giggle escape my lips

"Finally!" BamBam yelled as we walked inside the dining area, standing up from his seat, Yugyeom, and Jinyoung mimicking his actions. I rolled my eyes playfully and ignored them, taking two of the waffles that Beomie had cooked for all of us. Jackson sat beside me and we all shared a non-couple related conversation, thank God

"So what are we doing today?" asked Baby as she placed her dish in the dishwasher machine 

"How about the amusement park? we have a few hours before we have rehearsals " Mark suggested, and everyone seemed to agree, so right after we finished breakfast, we grabbed our stuff and went inside the van.

Today Jaebeom was driving since we had given the day off to the chauffer since the guys were being picked up by their staff. It was a fun ride, we all joked and sang along to the radio, at times like this is when I appreciate having friends the most... As we got to the park and bought the tickets, Yugyeom and BamBam started talking about a 'Disko' ride; it was a huge disk with motorcycles as seats that went up and down while spinning in circles, it seemed fun!

"Let's go!" I cheered on, but Jackson and Youngjae weren't as excited as the rest
"Oh, come on guys! it'll be so much fun" I begged, pulling his arm and batting my eyelashes quickly, having him give in a few moments later, though it wasn't the case with Youngjae, who insisted on staying back. So now all of us were seated, and I had started feeling nervous 

 "wait, can I get down-!" I started saying but got cut off as the ride started swinging 

"too late," Mark said, probably laughing at my terrified face

It had started slow, but it did increase its speed quickly, making me start screaming at the top of my lungs.

"We're all gonna die! why did I want to-ah!!" I shrieked as the ride went on.  it felt as if the disc was gonna fly all the way across the park. Jackson held my hand tightly, but I knew he was as scared as I was; turns out, we're not that great with this kind of games...

"Now the roller coaster!" Yugyeom said excitedly 
"Hell, no!" Jackson and I said at the same time which made everyone laugh
"You both are a pair of scaredy cats"
BamBam teased and proceeded to mock my screams, earning laughs from our circle and strange stares from everyone else, I glared at the guy causing him to laugh even more. He would tease me with this for the longest time and I felt it coming.

After a bunch of rides, screaming and laughing, we sat down on a spot to have "food "; Jackson and I shared an order of churros, and the others bought typical carnival sweets that made my stomach ache from seeing them. 

"is it good?" he asked while feeding me another churro 

"mhm" I nodded with a soft smile as I chewed on what he had given me

"hmmm, let me see," he said, offering another bite, but as I bit into the piece of food, he leaned in and bit off a bit of the snack, plating a quick peck on my lips right after 

"Yeah, much better," he said with a cheeky smile, while I was still processing what just happened

"eww, couples," Jinyoung said; turns out, everyone had seen the kiss that was intended to be secretive and quick, so now everyone was teasing the embarrassment out of us

When the time for the show came closer, the guys decided to head back to the house so they could have a quick shower before the show, while Baby and I decided it was the perfect time to have our so anticipated 'girls time'. 

We headed to the park where Jackson and I had been the previous night, coffee on hand as we sat on a bench, admiring the sun as it started to set.  How nice was life now? And all thanks to my best friend, Hatai, who changed my life. It seemed crazy to me how she just decided to let me in her life, I was so thankful for that because now, I had many dreams, hopes, wishes, friends, and most importantly, I was happy. completely, a new girl...

Since it started getting darker, he decided to head home, so now we were walking out to c¿grab a taxi

"Sunhi?"
"Yeah?
"How are you feeling about our performance next week?" She asked, as we went down a street. Right now we were on a short school break, and that's why we were able to tag along with the guys
"I'm confident we'll offer a performance to never forget,  I know we'll do our best," I told her with a bright smile, that she returned.

"Do you know how precious you are to me, Hatai?" I asked softly, staring down as I kicked a leaf casually, while we waited for our ride
"Uh?" 
"If it weren't for you, I honestly don't know what would be of me... thank you" I smiled "for everything" she didn't answer though, but I saw as the corner of her lips twist into a smile

"I should be the one thanking you... even if you don't perceive it, I too am happier, and I can tell the guys are also happy you're our friend, so thank you for shining so bright, Sunny" her smile was tender as the words left her mouth

And I was speechless, I didn't know what to say...

But I hoped a hug would say everything I couldn't.
