epilogue

"Promise you'll come back soon, dear" Ma said while holding onto Sunhi's hand, her own on top of my mom's
"Promise, from now on, I'll visit often" she replied with a sweet smile, making my mom smile back
"I'll take your word then, please take care" she said and then turned to me
"we'll get going son, we're going to visit your grandma today so be sure to come back as soon as the flight leaves" she said, caressing my face with her soft hands, I nodded with a smile, telling them both that I would do as they said.

So now, Sunhi and I were sparing every minute we had left, we didn't talk, we just held hands while waiting for the time we had to part ways
"Jackson?" She said, I replied with a hum, turning all of my attention to the beautiful girl beside me
"Have you ever thought of.. you know, getting married.. having kids?" She asked, her question took me aback because it was very out of the blue, but I smiled nevertheless as I wrapped my arm around her
"Yes.. I would love having kids.. maybe a girl and a boy, or twin girls even!" I answered looking at her with a smile, her mirroring my actions "That would be awesome" she said with a bright smile that, I was certain wouldn't fade away easily.. even if wee were in this situation right now

"And marrying.. ahh.. I've always thought about marrying the love of my life, and I sure hope you think the same way I do" I said, she smiled knowingly, which made me feel a little insecure.. was she not in love with me?
"We should do it soon" she said after a small pause
"What?" I asked, blood rushing through my face immediately
"Yeah, I wish the timing was better.. but let's get married soon, as soon as I'm done with my career I'll move my stuff back to Korea, or Hong Kong for the matter, I'll follow you to the end of the world if needed, but I can't be apart from you any longer, Jackson.." she caressed my face calmly as this intense words left her lips, and I was left in complete and utter shock

"I-I should be the one to say that" I said with a small laugh, resulting in both of us erupting in a fit of laughter.

Soon enough, our laughter died down as they called for her flight, a small sigh escapes our lips as we both got up, not actually ready to say our goodbye's

"When the time comes, you'll have a dreamed proposal.. I promise" I said, kissing her forehead "but don't worry about my feelings changing, I've been ready to stay by your side for the rest of our lives for quite a while now" I winked playfully, making her giggle
"Well then... my soul is dancing~" she sing-songed making me chuckle
"Mine will forever dance with yours" I said staring into her eyes deeply, kissing her lovingly afterwards
"Love you"
"Love you more, have a safe trip, okay? Text me when you take off and when you land.. also, say hi to Akihiro from me" I kissed her temple one last time before sending her off. She waved with a smile, as she went through the boarding gate.

Saying goodbye was very hard indeed, but our souls would forever be dancing with one another, with not even distance separating our hearts.
