One year later (2018)

"Ms. Lee, I need you to sign this papers before you leave" my assistant, Akihiro (male), said while handing me some new contracts for sponsor ships and some other for new staff members.

Since I officially took over the Chairman place in the company, it has been nothing but improving, thanks God. Emotionally, it has been a dark year for me, but business wise, for being my first year ever, it has been good, and for my studies, it has been one hell of a great year.
Today, I was heading to Hong Kong, to meet Jackson's parents for the very first time, and being honest, I was quite nervous! After all, meeting the parents is a quite a big deal.

"Okay, done. Akihiro, I leave the leadership to you and Sasha, I hope you don't disappoint me" I said with a stern look, as I handed the papers to him. He nodded his head, giving me a quick reply, saying that he would make sure everything would be fine while I was away. I did have some other interns be notified about my absence, but I trusted no one like I trust Akihiro, him being very responsible and just having great leadership skills.

I smiled softly at his response and nodded my head
"Very well then, I'll be leaving now" I said, taking my purse in hand. I had someone check in my luggage beforehand since today I had this meeting that wouldn't let me do it myself, right now I was running against the clock, but thankfully today's traffic wasn't as heavy as always.

I made it to the airport just in time, boarding right away. I texted Jackson, telling him that I was to arrive in Hong Kong by 6:00pm. I didn't wait for a reply, as I put my phone in airplane mode, after that I pressed play on the 'present: you' album that had been stuck in my head ever since it came out, and after that I just closed my eyes, letting myself rest for the rest of the flight.

"Sunny" read a sign that was being held up by a man in a black suit, I supposed he was from team wang's security, so I walked up to where he was, him recognizing me right away.

At this moment I was a little popular amongst Asia, as I had been featured in '30 under 30's' Asian edition (since I was 21 already), so a small group of people was there in anticipation of my arrival, I couldn't help but walk up to them, asking if they were alright, if they had eaten already, and some things like that.

We took a group photo, since I had already  ignored the security guy's command to not walk over to them, so I didn't want to make him wait any longer. I signed some pictures in the magazine, and even promised I was telling Jackson about this one girl that was head over heels for him, about her. Why? Because I couldn't be rude to such a cute girl, she was around her 17's or something like that, and I couldn't help but smile at her hopeless crush.

"I will tell him about you as soon as I get to see him" I smiled "but I gotta leave now, thanks for coming guys! Bye" I waved and walked away with the huge guy behind me.

"Miss, don't do that again, please" he sighed and I chuckled
"I'm sorry, but I wasn't letting them wait that long just to see me pass by and not have a word with me" I shrugged lightly as we got into the car
"Sorry if you'll get in trouble because of that" I added "but I'll make sure you aren't scolded" I finished with a soft smile towards his way. He looked at me through the rare view mirror, then smiled just lightly, and nodded "thanks you, Miss" he said, staring at the road.

As we got closer to our destination, aka Jackson's place here in Hong Kong, my heartbeat increased slightly; it was the first time seeing him in a full year. I did visit Korea a few times, my most recent visit was just before their departure for their world tour, but the thing is he was promoting in China at the time, and same happened every time I visited the guys-he was never there. He didn't come to Japan, because his schedule was far too tight, and i understood that, but regardless everything, my heart was hurting from the lack of attention he gave me and I gave him, we both were caught up chasing our own dreams, and weren't able to give the other the much needed attention. We did talk from time to time, short but meaningful calls, and he was always there with his good morning and good night texts, which made my heart flutter.. but i missed and craved him like I never had before.

As we got to his place, Jacob (TW security's) opened the door for me, letting me in. As soon as I stepped a foot into the house, i felt a pair of strong arms wrap around my small frame.

I smiled, breathing in his scent, happy tears burning at the corner of my eyes. We stayed like that for what felt like forever, but it still wasn't enough. When he pulled out from the hug, he had glossy eyes, but the warmest smile I've ever seen on his face

"I missed you" He said
"I missed you too" I smiled and pecked his cheek. He directed me to the living room, and we both sat down.

"Tell me about everything" he said as he positioned himself to listen to my long ass rant about life

"I literally have no time now, I go from work to college, from college to my house and repeat. The good thing is that I get to eat dinner with my parents... but I really miss you and the guys very often.. to that add the amount of work that  college gives me and everything I gotta take care of at work overwhelms me sometimes-I..." I cut myself off before saying something I could regret

"You?" He said, having all his attention on me. I sighed, biting the inside of my cheek
"I.. had the thoughts a few times" I looked down at my lap. Around him I could be at my most vulnerable state, to the point no one would think I was the head of a company as big as Samsung.

He took both of my hands in his, pulling up the sleeves of my blazer slightly, checking if I had recent scars in my forearms. He sighed.

"Please, if you get the thoughts, call me.. whenever, never hesitate" he said, a relieved expression washed over his face as he realized I had kept our promise

"I know things get tough, but so are you, we both know that" he smiled, caressing my face gently, making it my time to smile

"What about you? tell me what you've been up to" I asked with a soft smile while putting my hand over the one he had on the side of my face

"I haven't been sleeping enough these days, and when I get to sleep enough I just can't fall asleep, it's annoying" he sighed, making a pause, I had all my attention on him as he did with me

"My grandma, she has been sick these days, I'm worried for her actually"

"My mom says she could pass out whenever, I've tried spending as much time as possible with her, but it's almost impossible with the amount of work I have.. you know?" He chuckled dryly, looking at me for a second
"I really hope she'll be alright.."
"But not everything is sad though, I'm preparing this collab with a huge artist, it's been my dream to meet him and now I'm even collabing with him soon! Everything's been very fun, putting aside everything I've said before, I've been very good... and I've missed you like hell too" he finished, having a soft smile upon his face.

I felt a soft burning sensation rose up to my cheeks, as he said the last words. I smiled and leaned my head on his, I had missed him like hell too

"But it's alright, you're here now" he said, giving my lips a soft peck. I smiled, feeling myself melt just with that bare touch his lips gave mine and pecked them back, soon enough we were enrolled in kissing our worries and feelings away, it was a sweet 'I missed you' kiss but also a 'I want you' hungry kiss.

As we pulled away, we both had the largest smiles on our faces "are you hungry?" He asked a few minutes later, but before I could reply, my stomach did for me, making us both laugh

"Let's order some pizza, sounds good?" He asked, taking out his phone
"Sounds Perfect" I said with a smile

I was very happy to have him back, even if it was only for a few days.
