SONG: JAYMES YOUNG - I'LL BE GOOD
VADIM V. P.O.V✔️
I sat in my office with Hector and our father, waiting to see what was so important that they had to fly all the way across the world to tell me. I honestly bet that the situation isn't that bad, they just came because they must've heard that me and Hector made amends.
You see, throughout the years my dear father been chirping in my ear to forgive Hector for his wrong doings. At the time my father believed that Hector didn't do anything, but he even he had his doubt. There's been many occasions where he did assume Hector was behind the brutal killing, but my father didn't care enough to act on it.
My father hated my mom with a passion, and I couldn't lie, I really didn't like her that much either. Growing up, my mom wasn't so much of a mother and more like a—what should we call her? She was more of a master than a mother.
She never treated me like I was her son, I was more like the king in her chess game. The difference between me and the king though was that I didn't have any power, she did. And anyone who plays chest knows that the Queen is the most powerful piece in the whole game.
Nevertheless, no matter how shitty of a person my mother was, she is still my mother, and nobody hurts my mother.
"So what brings the two of you here?" Hector asked pouring himself a drink as he gave his father the side eye .
Unlike me and my father, Hector and his father Anton relationship wasn't that great, and it was more dysfunctional than anything. Hector father tried to bond with Hector by showing Hector how he tortured his enemies while my father tried to bond by counting money and talking about pussy, a drastic difference.
Honestly, I'm surprised Hector didn't end up damaged because his father is a literal psychopath.
"I'm sorry to say this son but your mother passed away last night." Anton said to his son. I looked over at Hector to see a string of emotions on his face, hurt being one of them. Damn.
