"Now we have a full Troupe, It's time to announce one of the most important announcements of the year!" said Emily, grinning from ear to ear
"What is it?" asked Kingston
"We need to decide on who's going to be our Dance Captain!" exclaimed Emily
"Cool!" Kenzie said, "I wanna be it!"
"Well I do!" Richelle said, glaring at Kenzie
"What about me?" Henry said
"Yeah, and me. There's only been one male dance captain at TNS!" Ozzy said
"I didn't get it last year so I want it this year!" Piper said
"Glad to see so many of you! If you want to be Dance Captain this year, put your name on this list and we'll all then vote on it and the person with the most votes will be the Dance Captain!" Emily said, handing round the list
"I'm so gonna win." Jack said, putting his name down and passing the list on
"Anyone else? Jacquie, Kingston?" Emily asked
"I definitely don't want it. Noah was the best dance captain..." Jacquie said
"Um, Kingston then?" Emily asked
"Nah, I'm not really bothered about that type of thing!" Kingston said
"Ok, everyone start stretching everybody so we can make a start on the choreography, the vote will be held later today" Emily said
30 minutes later:
"Mountains will be our song for our first Nationals routine." Emily said, putting the song on
"You've got to be kidding me!" Jacquie shouted, running out of the room
"Jacquie! Wait!" shouted Henry, running after her
In Studio 1:
"Jacquie? What is it, what's wrong?" Henry asked, sitting down next to her
"Nothing." Jacquie replied, tucking her knees under her chin
"Are you sure?" Henry asked
"YES! I'm fine." Jacquie shouted
Back at Studio A:
"Anybody know what's the matter with Jacquie!?" asked Kenzie
"I have no idea! We really need to be rehearsing!" Richelle replied
"Alright everybody, take 10!" shouted Emily, walking out of the room, looking for Jacquie
"Um guys, Isn't the Dance Captain vote supposed to be now?" Jack asked
"We have more important things to worry about now!" Richelle replied, glaring at him
"Like what?" Jack asked with some attitude
"Oh, I don't know? Maybe that one of our dancers has run off in tears and that we can't rehearse a 10 person dance with only 9 people!" Richelle shouted angrily
"Oh, I'm really sorry that I forgot, I was to busy thinking about the dance!" Jack said, faking a smile
At Studio 1:
"I really need to know what's going on so I can help!" Emily begged
"You'll just tell me off for mixing dance with personal!" Jacquie said, looking down at the ground
"I promise, I won't!" Emily said
"Fine. The day we won regionals, me and Noah danced to that song, ok?" Jacquie explained
"Oh..." Emily said
"Jacquie?" a voice said with a hint of worry
