"Hey Y/N. Wanna catch dinner tonight?" Your coworker Jessi asked as she came up to your desk
"Where?" Your typing stopped as you turned around and looked at her.
"Jangs Curry" "sorry not tonight. I got shit to do" you lean back letting your chair recline. "Alright no worries, if you change your mind hit me up" she winks and struts away
"Thanks" you let out a small laugh and continue your work. You try to go back to typing but your mind keeps drifting to more irrelevant things.
Your eyes travel to the Calendar set up in your cubicle. All days marked off except today's date which read:
ANNIVERSARY!!<3
You glare at it, hating yourself for not taking it down sooner not wanting to remember your relationship even existed but it was too late. The calendar was a reminder that niggas ain't shit (Periodt.)
You tear the month of October right off your calendar and crumpled it up. The more you stared it the more you got into your feels, so you threw it away. You inhaled and exhaled slowly calming yourself not wanting to look unprofessional in your work environment.
'I'm getting fucked up' you thought as you got up to clock out

"Ciroc, Hennessy, and hm.." you say as you look through the alcoholic beverages. You continue to walk down the aisle as you bump into someone
"Oh! Sorry about that" you quickly apologize while checking to see if the person was okay, you were greeted by some familiar muscles
"Y/N?"
"Wonho!" You bean and go to hug him
"Wow I've missed you whatcha been up to missy?" He asks as he pulls away "I been doing good wh- hey what happened to your hand?" You questioned as you grabbed his hand examining his fists. A gauze wrapped around his knuckles like some kinda boxer.
"Oh t-this thing? Pshh I b-been you know..-what about t-that alcohol in your cart hm hm hm?" He questioned looking at you with wide eyes. You look at him crazy "I'm trying to get littt since there's no work tomorrow" He laughs and picks up the henny.
"Get lit or die? This is some powerful shit" concern showing in his voice.
"I know dad" you laugh and take it from his hands. " I'm just saying but anyways it was nice seeing you" He says giving you a hug
"Same here" You reply as you guys wave until he's out the aisle. You turn back to the bottle

You sigh as you place the alcohol back on the shelf and get a bottle of red wine

Time seemed to slow down as you walked in to your home. "I'm home..." you spoke to nobody in particular
Placing the groceries on the table, you go to grab a wine glass from the cabinet. You pour yourself a glass a little too much but hey yolo
You went to turn on the fireplace, once it was at a nice size you plop down on the couch ready to drink your problems away. After your fourth glass you started getting tired, trying to fight off the sleep but you were unsuccessful

Your eyelids slowly open "fuck I fell asleep" you get up and stretch earning a yawn in the process. "Who is it?" you say opening the door a little. Your eyes tried to adjust to the porch light and when they did, you really wish they didn't.
"What do you want" you keep your voice monotoned trying to signal him that you don't want to be bothered especially today
"H-Hi" shownu looked at you nervously. "Bye" you roll your eyes and shut the door only for it to be stopped by his foot
"Wait just here me out please!" He pleaded, ignoring the pain from his foot "it won't take long" you looked up at him and caved "2 MINUTES!" You bargained
"Ok ok" you crossed your arms and leaned against the door frame ready for your head to be filled with his lies once again
"I wasn't going to come here at all-"
"Gee thanks" you roll your eyes
"because I thought you wanted nothing to do with me and I didn't think you would remember today but wonho told me you were going to get lit tonight and it was odd hearing that since you're not much of a drinker"

"I was contemplating whether I should come by or not and I was gonna stay home but then I remembered 2 weeks ago when you patched me up. When I saw you my heart nearly exploded, and you took me in without a second thought even though I've hurt you, that's the kindness I fell in love with. You give me this feeling that nobody else can ever give me. I'm here because being in your presence makes me the happiest man in the world and I know you can't forget what I did, I was caught up in the moment. So I'm so sorry" he breathed out ignoring the hot tears rolling down his face.
You wiped away your stray tears and sniffled, silence began to arise
"So I just wanted to get that off my chest" he said as he wiped his eyes and turned around but you grabbed his hand
He looked down at your small palms in his and a look of confusion and happiness showed on his face
You pulled him towards you and cupped his cheeks. "I forgive you"
He leaned down and captured your lips with his own. It was a quick one but very passionate as he made sure to pour all his feelings into it.
You both pulled and looked at eachother, your heart feeling filled to the max. Tears streamed down your face as you smiled big, earning the same reaction from shownu.
"I love you so much" He beamed as he hugged you.
"I love you too" You smiled as you grabbed his hand and pulled him inside "Cmon I have a huge steak that needs some of your cookin"
He laughed and closed the door with his foot.
The cold running through the house disappeared and was replaced by a spark of love
