"Ah fuck" you groaned, holding the power button on the iPhone. The black screen showing your reflection.
You had accidentally fallen asleep on the bus, all the way to the last stop. Now you're stranded in some city you've never been and your phones dead. Great
You look around, hoping someone could lend a hand but the dimly lit streets were deserted. "I guess we're walking home" a deep sigh leaves your mouth as you go the opposite way.
Everything looked so unfamiliar, like an old town (road💀) no shops were open.
As you start crossing the street, a second pair of footsteps could be heard not too far behind you. Heart rate picking up, you quickly walk faster and so does the strangers.
Each second, your pace gᴇᴛs faster and by now you were running as fast as you could. You wanted to turn around and see if they were still following but that was a chance you weren't willing to take.
Hot tears slid down your face, images of your body on national news spread throughout your mind, making you run faster.
You quickly cut around a corner and bump into something hard, knocking it over in the process.
"YO WHAT THE FUCK MAN! YOU BETTER PAY FOR THAT SHIT" you felt yourself getting picked up by the neck of your jacket "I-I'm sorry I'm sorry" you put your arms up in defense. After a few seconds, the grip on your jacket loosens.
You start breaking down, not caring of who's there or not. You were scared shitless. The person tries to reach out for you but you smack it away "Damn I didn't mean to make you cry" the stranger says as he looks at you.
"I-it's not you..there was someone chasing me-" you quickly turn around and check the corner to see if you were still being followed. "Are you lost?" His voice softly asks, worried he'd startle you
"Yea... I'm from seoul"
"Oh wow that's a ways from here" his eyes widen and it goes silent. The wind blowing , making you shudder
He scratches his neck before looking around "uh so did you want a ride" you look up to see him awkwardly standing there with his hands in his pockets "if you can. If you can't then it's okay. I'll manage"
He scoffs as he picks up the fallen bike "Ha you thought you had a choice. That's cute" He laughs before shaking his head
