taehyung walked into the house and took off his shoes, while walking in jeongguk watched with an annoyed expression.

"i'm back- what's wrong?" taehyung asked pouting, jeongguk had his arms crossed and his tongue was poking at his cheek.

"so who was he?" he asked, taehyung tilted his head confused, "what are you talking about gukkie?" he sat on the couch and jeongguk continued to talk.

"that guy who is he? you just left with out saying anything you've been so distant and i don't even know why! we've been engaged for two months now and you're acting like this tae!"

the smaller of the two stood up and faced him, "i've been distant because you've said you're busy! i'm trying to give you space so you can work! and i'm not acting different you are!" taehyung snapped and crossed his arms.

"how do you expect us to get married if you don't even trust me" taehyung said, "then maybe we shouldn't!" they were both taken aback by jeongguk's sudden outburst.

"tae i didn't mean that i'm sorry" he said and went to hug the boy but taehyung backed away, "you smell like alcohol" he whispered.
he looked behind the ravenette and saw an almost empty bottle of wine.

"i'm staying at a friends house tonight" taehyung said and walked away to their shared bedroom to get his things.

the next morning taehyung came back and jeongguk sat on the couch staring at nothing.

"you left your ring here."

"i know..." taehyung sat down next to him, "i think we should call off the wedding, let's break this whole thing off."

"you want to break up?" jeongguk said looking at him, "if you don't trust me enough to hang out with a friend then i don't think i can do this anymore."

"i'll pack my things and go" taehyung said and got up, jeongguk held his hand and looked up, "one more night please." (oof that's a good song by maroon 5 tbh)

they both laid in bed hugging but not saying a thing, "i'm sorry..." jeongguk finally broke the silence.

"i'm sorry too."

they both slowly drifted to sleep both of their hearts breaking.

"kim taehyung and jeon jeongguk call off their engagement after 2 month and have now confirmed that they are in fact broken up after a long 3 year relationship."

"so how are you guys after the break up?" asked the interviewer, taehyung bit his lips, "can we move to a different question?"

"jeongguk are you and taehyung going to get back together?!" asked one of the interviews who were mobbing the famous boy group, "he doesn't want to talk about that" hoseok said and they got inside the car and left.

"guk it's been 3 weeks already get over it" yoongi said, he didn't want to sound mean or that he didn't care, but they had to go on tour soon and jeongguk couldn't be acting like this.

"okay...can we go eat...i'm hungry" the boy said, "lamb skewers?" yoongi asked and the boy nodded.

after a while all of their phones began to go off like crazy, "what the hell?" seokjin said and looked at the messages all from twitter.

they opened some up and read a few.

"kim taehyung releases new song titled 'Thank u, next talking about his ex's!" "Thank u, next is kim taehyung's new song that will most definetly be on his next album with the same name" "Thank u, next released only weeks after taehyung called his engagement off with jeon jeongguk." "kim taehyung's new song is actually about cherishing your ex's?"

they all looked at each other and jeongguk who began to listen to the song, "um...well...."
