There it appeared already something bound to get into their way. Still, why of all things did it have to be this- Betty did this all for her little sister and now, now Lilly had still been threatened by death. Something that they all thought they had left behind although of course, they didn't. Barely days worth into their journey.

It wasn't fair. Everything they had worked so hard for everything that they had done to prevent this and it still happened. Now it turned even worse because they were just kids on their own, they were all on their own and they were alone in the woods.

The scary dark and cold woods, there is nothing that they could do. They couldn't go back there had been nothing anyone could do for them back there- They had to get to Cannada where there would hopefully be a better doctor.

Often times when Betty happened to be nervous she often bit her nails so that's what she ended up doing at the moment,  biting and chewing her nails in fear. She thought the fear would be gone once she left that horrid place, however, The poor blonde girl had only taken it with her.

"It's ok Betty," Sweet Pea whispered wrapping her in a hug as everyone stood shocked when they found out that Lilly had gotten sick.

"Maybe it's not the right one maybe she just has a cold," Fangs suggested looking down at Lilly who slept in his arms.

Betty then moved so that her face happened to be in Sweet Pea's chest as his arms were securely around her. Shielding her from the world around them his chin restimg on the top of her head... They looked really cute actually.

However, Jughead wasn't having any of it... He felt his heart clench as everything in his body hated what had been occurring going on right in front of him. The raven-haired man didn't know why he had been feeling this he just wanted his best friend to be happy.

Yet at the same time, the thought of another man comforting the blonde girl sent shivers down his spine and made his whole mind scream with fury. He wanted to be the only one to comfort her, and he wanted to be the one that had been there for her. The only one.

The poor best friend didn't want to feel this way though, Sweet Pea is his bro and he is his other best friend so there shouldn't be anything wrong. They were all friends here although Jughead knew that he occurred to be, in fact, jealous. He wanted Betty all to himself and now some other man snatched her away from him.

And that man seemed to be his best guy friend.

The sobs that made Jughead's heartbreak into a million pieces pierced his ears. He thought that this had been all over although there his best friend was found crying.  He couldn't help to feel heartbroken himself as Lilly seemed like a sister to him. Happened to be like another Jellybean to him.

The thought of his real sister made his heart swell up, he couldn't lose another sister. The dark-haired man already felt regretful that they hadn't left that hell-hole sooner so that his actual sister could still be alive. And yet they finally have an now he might lose another.

However, he just couldn't lose another, and neither could Betty or Sweet Pea or Fangs. They were all so close they were all family. The friends had already lost so much, they shouldn't have to lose anything else. They should be able to keep what they have left, the whole reason for leaving had been so that they wouldn't have to lose anymore yet that might still happen.

Jughead didn't cry though, he rarely ever does nonetheless that didn't mean he wasn't in pain. Tears came from his heart, not from his brain. He couldn't bear it anymore. He just kept losing everything, and things were still falling apart.

Every time they managed to make things better or even fix something it would always just come crashing right back down. They all knew that life goes on and for them that the saddest part. The friends would just have to watch as more people died as they couldn't accomplish their dreams as everything failed around them.

However, for Betty, her tears were something that needed to be written.

They walked for hours and hours upon end, Lilly switched to Jughead's arms halfway through, as Sweet Pea never removed his arm from around Betty... She kinda liked it there too although she didn't say anything.

Their feet against the twigs and leafs below them were the only things heard as no one said a word. Yet again no one had words. They just wanted to get out of this place. To get to freedom yet alas their journey had only just begun.

It had been just in time for them to leave to though because they were all losing motivation to even save themselves. To leave their whole life behind, their parents. Yet it happened to be something that had to be done.

Jughead and SweetPeas mothers just wanted what seemed best for them... and what seemed best for everyone. Nevertheless, their best seemed to be getting out of the Royal Estates, aka the prison they had been trapped in their entire lives. As long as they kept walking they could make it... Maybe on barely enough food and the bare minimum of water yet. Yet they could survive.

"I can't believe we're really doing this," It happened to be Fangs that broke the silence. "I mean I've dreamt of leaving my entire life,"

"Me too," Betty whispered looking down with a sigh. "Do you think things would be different if we weren't friends-"

"Definitely... You all are the only ones that get me through my day," Sweet Pea mumbled looking down at Betty. "You guys are my family,"

"Yeah were family," Jughead agreed running fingers through Lilly's hair. "A family that is going to do everything to make Lilly better,"

"Amen for that," Fangs exclaimed holding a stick into the air and acting as if it happened to be a sword.

Day two of their journey turned tiring, yeah the things that were said made all the difference. Everything seemed as though it could end up to be alright.

However, then again they were only at the beginning of their journey and there seemed plenty more to come. Plenty of more hurdles to overcome and overthrow although as long as the family stuck together they knew that they had high chances of making it out alive and together.

They knew that if they had hope that they could overthrow anything in their path. They knew that if they had hope that things could be better.

That they could for once actually live and that just happened to be something worth fighting for. That being something that they knew that had to risk their lives for because if not then they would live a life of misery.

The friends didn't want that though, the friends wanted a happy amazing life. Where they could finally be healthy and free and if they kept fighting then they were bound to get a life full of freedom. Endless freedom so much freedom they wouldn't know what to do with it.

They just had to keep fighting and fight they will.
