Chapter 2: Swablu's Trainer and Team Rocket appears!

Before noon, the group arrived in Rustboro City. They first headed towards the Pokémon Center to give Swablu a proper treatment and to check in for their stay in the city.

While Swablu was with Nurse Joy receiving treatment, Yue made a call to her cousin, Ash.

"Hey Ash, how are you?" Yue asked her cousin. "Hello to you too Pikachu."

"Pika pi!"

"Hey Miyu! I'm doin' great! I defeated Grant and got my second badge!"

"Congrats Ash! I presume you're enjoying Kalos?"

"Yep! I love your home country Miyu! So many Pokémon and many other things to discover."

"Pika pi! Pikachu!"

"That's good to hear. Say hi to Clemont, Bonnie, Serena and Brock to me, okay Ash?"

"Sure, no prob 'cuz. Anyway, where are you now?"

"I just arrived in Rustboro City."

"You're going to battle Roxanne for a Gym Badge? Do you know what Pokémon you'll use? She specialize in rock type so I suggest that your Glaceon is the best choice than Emolga." Ash looked at the two Pokémon behind Yue. He knew them and also Yue's other Pokémon usually bring with her.

Though he knew not to underestimate the electric/flying type when battling with its disadvantage type since all of Yue's Pokémon are strong, after all, she is not the Kalos Champion for nothing, she can't help but give her some advice. At the very least, he knew what Pokémon will Roxanne use and her tactics.

Yue rolled her eyes playfully.

"No need to worry Ash. I've got these covered up. I know what Pokémon to use against Roxanne. Just focus on battling Korrina for the third badge. Her Lucario is strong and can mega-evolve. You better be careful when battling her Ash."

They talked for a long time trying to update with each other's progress on becoming a Pokémon Master, but of course Yue got the upper hand, after all she's the new Champion in Kalos.

In their talk, Ash suddenly mentioned his rival from Sinnoh, Paul Shinji, traveling around Hoenn like her.

Yue knew about the young cold-hearted trainer. She met him thrice in Sinnoh when she decided to drop by and visit her cousin. You could say that she doesn't have a good impression on the male due to the way he treat his Pokémon and other people. He was cold, arrogant and a little bit hateful for her taste. Although Ash mentioned that Paul had change, however she won't believe it until she see it with her own eyes.

Ash also mention that Team Rocket, an evil organization that always pester him and is obsessed in catching Pikachu suddenly stop appearing to him.

Yue also met them and all she could say is that they we're stupid and persistent. After so many years, they still haven't given up in catching Pikachu, but from what Ash just told her, Yue was surprised. They've stopped appearing? Strange. With their attitude, it's impossible to believe it.

She didn't say much to her cousin before saying good bye and approached Nurse Joy to asked for Swablu's condition.

"Your Swablu is fine. It just need some rest and tomorrow morning, it can fly." Nurse Joy said with a smile as she with a Chansey following behind her, pulling the stretcher with Swablu in it.

"Thank you Nurse Joy, however Swablu is not my Pokémon. I just found it in the Petelburg Woods, wounded and tried to help it."

"I see. That's so kind of you. I can see that you're a good trainer."
