Chapter 7 : Hoenn Champion and Kalos Champion in one place!

Entering the Granite Cave, Delphox lit up its stick with fire as Yue and Floette stood behind the Fox Pokémon.

Floette has a white body and a green tail, formed like a spade, and green eyebrows. Floette also holds a flower a red flower, relying upon her pre-evolutions. Her ears are white with yellow behind them.

"Floette~" the Single Bloom Pokémon shivered in fright as it looked at the dark cave in front. Yue patted her Pokémon's trying to calm it down. Though she wanted to return the fairy type to its Pokémon, surprisingly it feels to its flower tightly and shook its head. It wanted to be brave like its other Pokémon companion since Floette was the youngest among all of Yue's Pokémon.

"Don't worry Floette, you have me besides you. Don't be afraid. "

"Del." Delphox voiced its agreement as it started to walk deeper inside the cave. Yue followed quietly behind as she hugged Floette in one arm.

As they walked deeper the Granite Cave, Yue saw different Pokémon living inside the cave such as Aron, Zubat, Nosepass, Geodude, Makuhita, Abra, Mawile and a Sableye. Surprisingly there was also a horde of Roggenrola that are usually seen in the Unova Region.

When Yue looked at the familiar walls of the Granite Cave, she remembered her time training in Terminus Cave with her Lucario against Calem and his Absol. The two of them would just train to their heart's content and would sometimes have a Mega Evolution battle.

Those we're her one of the best memories she gained in her travels around Kalos with her neighbor/rival and close friend; Calem. Though they compete with each other and battle against themselves, there we're times when they would just hang out and enjoy each others company, and during their stay in Terminus Cave was unforgettable.

Around that time, Yue caught a mischievous Pokémon, a Trevenant. Since the cave was dark and a little bit scary in the night, Trevenant thought of a prank. Yue agreed and help her Pokémon in pranking Calem as a payback on the times where Calem would prank her when they we're young.

Trevenant resembles a tree, with bushes around its hands and on its head. It has a giant red eye, which resembles Dusclops'. It is also a Grass and Ghost type Pokémon, reasons on why it is mischievous as it is one of a ghost types' trait.

To the prank Yue and Trevenant conducted, she asked her Delphox and Glaceon for help. When Calem was resting on his sleeping bag, Yue stole the torches silently and put out the fire. The poor teen was startled of the sudden darkness enveloped the cave. He called Yue but was greeted by silence. Out of nowhere, small ball of blue flames lit up in the air surrounding Calem. The flames were moving as if they were pleasing the teen by dancing around which freaked out Calem greatly.

Though he didn't believe in ghost and lost spirits, Calem for that moment believed at what he though was a work of one's imagination. He was scared while Yue who was hiding out of her friend's eye sight was having the best laugh of her life. Delphox who was controlling its Will-O-Wisp with its branch was also laughing silently.

Calem shivered from a sudden cold that was unnatural since it was supposed to be warm with ball of fire surrounding him. He could feel his heart's loud beating that his heart almost escape from his rib cage. Calem was too scared to call out his Pokémon and was frozen solid in his position. He didn't dared to move as he was afraid to look behind him.

Suddenly a large abnormal hand touch his shoulder, causing Calem to stop breathing and slowly move his head to look behind him. However, there was nothing to be seen but boundless darkness. When he felt someone standing and looking in front of him, he called and prayed to all the gods as he move his gaze in front. A large eye was looking intently at him as the creature cried horribly, frightening all the day lights out of him causing the poor teen to faint.
