Being the not jerky people they are, they go to the address and meet sherlock and john. Then they show them the paper. This is what happens...
Sherlock: Oh god.
Sam: What? what is it?
John: That’s the third bloody time this week he lost it.
Dean: Can you explain what you're talking about, because I’m REALLY confused.
Sherlock: This is psychic paper, which can only mean-
(TARDIS SOUND) *TARDIS APPEARS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLAT*
*DOCTOR POPS OUT*
Doctor: Sherlock! John! Good to see you. Ah! It appears you have guests. Hello! I’m the Doctor!
Dean: ...
Cas: Hello, Doctor.
Doctor: Hi, Castiel! Long time no see!
Sam: Wait you KNOW him?
Cas: We go very far back. It looks like you regenerated.
Doctor: Why yes I did!
Cas: I like the bowtie.
Doctor: Thank you! Could you tell that to Clara? She has NO fashion sense.
Clara: *Comes out of TARDIS* I heard that! And what are we doing back here, anyway? *Looks at Sam*

John (Lennon): We need inspiration for new songs, but everyone will just think we’re on drugs again if we write about the TARDIS.

George: Yeah, I guess so.
Ringo: We’ll be on our way, then.
Paul and John (Lennon): *Playing guitar* But I’ll be back again...
*The Beatles all go back into the TARDIS and close the door*
